Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit Bangkok

Stayed for few nights here. Staffs were friendly ; easy check-in process. Amenities were provided. The tuktuk shuttle is provided every 30mins , and we always use it, the driver super friendly. The location also great — there were some food stalls nearby, also 7-eleven.

When we checked in no staff mentioned about the water supply maintenance and water supply will be temporaily suspended that night. We went back to hotel at night and saw this notice on the floor saying that the water supply is suspended at 11-12pm. May I ask whats the reason for having the water supply suspeneded at night time when most of the guests are at the hotel and going to take a shower? Cant the maintainence be done in the afternoon when most of the guests are out? At last the suspension was more than an hour, we could only have water nearly at 1am and I could only take shower at 1am while I'm having an early flight the next day. It is unacceptable. And I called the staff asking when can the water supply be normal, the staff did not reply with a good attitude. Moreover, the hygiene of the room is not at a good standard. There are stains on the bedsheets and so the floor is not mopped properly. Not recommending this hotel.

They didn’t see the request from their app (asr) and they didn’t have first aid kit (unbelievable), but the price is cheap and location is good even they have beautiful swimming pool and view.
