GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Pestana Casino Studios. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated being granted a late checkout. The facilities are excellent, and the hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. We would happily stay here again 🫶🏻

GGuest UserThe experience at Pestana Ocean Bay was quite pleasant. The staff were always very friendly and attentive, always helping when needed. They definitely have a team that cares about the guest, is attentive, and empathetic. I felt very welcomed. In a questionnaire I completed mid-stay, I mentioned that the buffets could have grapes (this is because my daughter really likes them, and grapes were a fruit that hadn't yet emerged). I made this observation thinking it wouldn't even be read. However, the next day, when we arrived in our room, we had a beautiful plate of grapes. At that moment, we felt welcomed, as if we were at home. It was a gesture of care that touched us. Congratulations on this and for actually reading the questionnaires, which we often think no one will read and care about what's written there. They are well organized, presented, and manage everything involved in a stay: meals, evening entertainment, outings/tours, etc. Keep up the excellent work ☺️ Thank you.

GGuest UserWe were staying with group of friends. And everybody were impressed — beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, hot water (sometimes it can be a problem in Madeira, but not here). Also veryyyy tasty breakfast — a lot of different fresh food, good coffee. And atmosphere in general very friendly and calm. Also they have swimming pool and terrace on the roof, even in cold weather it’s really nice just to look at the city and the sea from the top. Thanks, we will be happy to come back :))

KKarina CaunaneGreat location, nice size and overall room/amenity quality. Only annoying or rather negative point to note would be the limited h of the reception desk. Several of us arrived in the evening and even though it was indicated that we will be contacted with check in details, we were faced with a locked entrance upon arrival and had to call the number stated there on the board. A person arrived like 30min later only to do the check in process. Same with check out since the housekeeper had to come from another hotel to open the door for us.

GGuest UserWe spent here 3 nights. Overall nothing to complain. The studio is big. May be it was a little dark but it didn’t bother us a lot. We had everything we needed. Location is good. About 20-25 min by foot to the center if you don’t want to use a car. Parking was a little bit challenge every time but there was no days when we couldn’t leave a car, every time we managed to find a place, sounds good especially when you needn’t to pay for it. The neighbors were quiet, so we slept very well.
