It's all right, I guess. The surroundings are pretty good, and it's convenient for breakfast and other meals. The spa facilities cost extra, and there's no free laundry service.

The front desk messed up my room reservation requests. However, Trip.com eventually made it right. Everything else was great, the hotel is quite large, and it's a pity I didn't have enough time to properly enjoy the hot springs due to my tight schedule.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

Excellent pools, restaurants and bars. Gardens are beautiful. You can also access the neighboring Royal Savoy resort with sea access.

Terrible customer service / experience - especially from the reservations team and all around. Please can your team have training on delivering the required customer experience from other parts of the world if you intend to market yourself as an upper end luxury hotel.

The design and interiors are exceptionally luxurious. Drawbacks: 1. Pool is not heated in summer time 2. 5 days in the beginning of June - buffet dinner restaurant is closed. 3. All the service and cooking in restaurants is very slow. You always need to wait. Any lunch or dinner will not take you less than 1.5 hours. 4. Annoying room service. In the morning they wake you up to clean the room, then they come to bring you water, then for turndown service (just 2 sweets), then for something else. It never ends. Bring everything in 1 visit? Not possible
