As someone with food allergies, I deeply appreciated the extra care and attention the staff took to ensure my meals were safe yet delicious. Their thoughtfulness made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Velicia, whose outstanding service left a lasting impression. She went above and beyond in so many ways — thoughtfully arranging a breakfast box tailored to my dietary needs and even lending me her personal phone charger when I misplaced mine. Her genuine kindness and attentiveness transformed what was already a great stay into a truly memorable experience. Overall, I only wish I could have stayed longer. I left with wonderful memories and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future. "What an amazing villa with the best staff I have ever seen. The villa was clean and spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The AC was very cold which I enjoyed. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and they looked after me and my wife. Was a pleasure to have our honeymoon here. Will definitely stay here if I visit seminyak again. Would highly recommend!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious experience at Zin Hotel in Canggu. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us and even carried our luggage. The complimentary welcome drink, cocktail, and unexpected complementary foot massage were an unique. They also offer a free spinning class, though I didn’t have time to try it. Beyond the exceptional service, I absolutely loved the hotel's interior design. The seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, combined with its raw and natural aesthetic, created a uniquely calming atmosphere. The hotel's body wash and lotion had a soothing scent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it! "Mahalona was a perfect location for me and my cousin. It was safe for us, female travelers. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. They gave us an early check-in as we had an early flight. I did not get to take pictures of the room itself. The room was clean and sufficient for 2 nights. The toilet was spacious. The pictures were taken at night by the pool. Thank you, Mahalona, for the absolutely delightful stay. Definitely coming back if we are visiting Canggu again!"

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome: always kind, smiling, and incredibly attentive. The location is perfect. Everything you need is just a few steps away - amazing restaurants, spas, and activities - and the beach is only a short bike ride away.I have to give a special mention to the pillows and mattresses - we slept like babies. The bedding was spotless and perfectly pressed, the towels were soft and smelled wonderful, and even the shampoos and shower gel had such a lovely scent. You can really feel how much care and thought the team🙏 puts into every detail. Thank you for these beautiful days filled with comfort, care, and quiet joy. "Excellent location within Seminyak. Under 10min walk to marvelous restaurants like Biku & Kaum @ Potato Head. Free shuttle to Seminyak Village. Service was tops, with prompt response. Staff ALL polite, cheerful & friendly; they remember guests & check periodically if we need anything. Our housekeeper was also very conscientious & kept our room tidy & well-stocked. Breakfast was a decent spread. The resort also has 3 lovely swimming pools, quality professional on-site spa, and various classes on offer. Room was spacious, with large bathroom & vanity counter, and a balcony. Bed, pillows & linen all very comfortable. Only minor gripe is that they do not provide soft bedroom slippers, but rather thin hard flipflops instead."
