A wonderful hotel in Xi'an. Very near to city attractions like the Bell Tower and shopping streets. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Yun He Ye Bo Hotel. Many thanks to staff, Farah, Dan, Long, Ling and Sunny. They are very warm, friendly and professional. We really loved their attentive service. Our room was clean and tastefully furnished. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. The complimentarty airport transfer service was well appreciated. Special dessert from Xi'an was given to us upon our check out. Such generous and thoughtful gift.

Huaqing Palace resort service staff quality is excellent. The front desk staff provided excellent service as she provided her personal WeChat number to us as we do not have a domestic China mobile number in case we need any help during our stay. She also help us to book the appointment for the free photo shoot experience as we are unable to book due to the domestic mobile number issue. The resort also provided a free birthday cake for us as my wife’s birthday falls on the same day as the resort stay. The janitor staff, transport, restaurant, and other service staff are also courteous and provided excellent service and advice. We truly enjoy our magical stay there. Additional point just for further improvement is to explain the procedures for the guests to use the public hot spring bath as some guests are first time users.

The family room was comfortable & clean for 3 persons with 1 queen size bed & 1 single bed. The plus for this hotel was complimentary airport pickup, even though we arrived passed mid-night.

The Sheraton is located by a metro station. Which makes everything easier for traveling. The staff have been helpful and offering me maps and ways to get around. The rooms are equipped with everything. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom is perfect, they have good toiletries for you. The breakfast is also very delicious. A mixtures of western and Asian. The pastries are delicious. I like this hotel. Definitely would come back again. Thank you again.

Tucked away yet centrally located, this hotel is a true find. It combines a spotless, cozy ambiance with genuinely attentive service. The staff, notably Rose, excels in providing warm, discreet, and personalized hospitality.

Friendly and ever warm welcoming of staff whenever we get back to the hotel after exhausted from our days’ trip. We were given a free upgrade of a higher floor room when we reached. Room service attendants are the best and I was really impressed how detailed and sweet the lady was in knowing we usually prefer our rooms to be cleaned after lunch as we do sleep in quite abit for most mornings. The cutest robot ever delivering our food deliveries every evening.🥰 If only there were more varieties and food options for breakfast.

This is a lovely hotel with kind, welcoming staff. I read some reviews saying the rooms are very old etc, but I don't see how that makes this hotel any less great - the rooms are still clean and well maintained. I arrived in Xi'an after 48 hours of hectic traveling due to a missed train, and the staff at Meihao Hotel were very welcoming, were happy to use translation apps to communicate with me. The room was large, with a view of the neighbourhood outside (mostly just traffic jams haha, but that's Xi'an). The location may not be super ideal for some as it isn't in the city centre, but honestly it was no inconvenience at all, as the nearest subway station is a brisk walk away -- about 5-7 minutes. If you're arriving by train and carrying a lot of heavy luggage, then yes, coming via subway might be a bit of a challenge (but not impossible!) The housekeeping staff especially were very warm and kind. Thank you for always brightening my day when I walked by you all. A few hours after I checked in, a lovely staff member knocked on my door and offered me a small bowl of soup. I was very confused as I hadn't ordered anything, but upon seeing other guests were receiving this too, I gladly accepted. It was such an unexpected, kind gesture -- this hotel truly knows how to make one feel welcome. I fell ill on the second day of my stay, and thankfully the room was so comfortable, I could recuperate well. My only complaint is that the bedsheets, comforter, pillowcases etc -- all the bedding essentially smells of cigarette smoke. I could also smell cigarette smoke from beyond my room's door at night. This was despite there being a clear sign in the room saying smoking was not allowed inside. Though this is certainly not something you can fault hotel staff for (if guests are adamant to smoke inside, what can housekeeping possibly do?), I just thought I would mention this for any other guests who might be very sensitive to the smell, perhaps you could request staff to rewash the bedding until the smoke smell is entirely gone. After checking out, I also noticed there were some freebies that were part of my booking that I unfortunately missed out on :( There was meant to be welcome fruit, afternoon tea for two and a midnight snack, which I would have loved to try. There was no welcome fruit offered, but I did receive some refreshing juice when I arrived to check in -- it was a hot day and I was grateful for the welcome drink. For the other stuff, as I didn't realise it was part of the booking perks, I never asked, and consequently seem to have missed out. I also want to say that aside from the rooms, the lobby area is quite lovely -- very tastefully decorated, peaceful, and I even saw they had some free coffee out for guests! I only noticed this when I was checking out though, and my taxi was already on the way to pick me up, so I could not indulge. Maybe it would be helpful if the reception staff could share all this info with guests when they check in, especially with the foreign guests who are already a bit confused and trying to get their bearings ^-^ Just a suggestion! Very nice and modern (!!!) hotel in a very good location. Additionaly, the stuff is very kind and helpful.

We were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!
