The hotel room is very spacious, and the sea view is absolutely fantastic, offering views of both Disneyland Hotel and Central. Do note there's no bathtub, so you can't soak, but the shower stall is huge, and the bathroom also boasts full sea views, which is very comfortable. Downstairs, you can catch a bus to Discovery Bay Plaza, which has a beach. The bus service is very convenient; even locals use public transport. The proportion of foreigners is probably around 60-70%, and often, almost everyone around you is foreign, with very few Asian faces. Discovery Bay as a whole is very clean. The restaurants are chill but also pricey. The best part is the ferry: it goes to Central every half hour, to Mui Wo on weekends, and to Peng Chau Island almost every half hour. It's like a public bus boat – in just 10 minutes, you can hop from a chill island to a local fishing village island. It's definitely worth going to try a local restaurant.

Staying at this wonderful hotel located right inside Hong Kong International Airport made our journey so convenient and comfortable. ✈️🏨 We were truly happy with the excellent hotel amenities, cozy atmosphere, and great hospitality throughout our stay. One of the best parts is its strategic location — just a short walking distance to the Airport Express train station, making it incredibly easy to travel to Hong Kong city. In less than 30 minutes, we arrived in the heart of Hong Kong city with ease and comfort. A perfect choice for travellers looking for convenience, comfort, and seamless connectivity during their Hong Kong trip. 🇭🇰

Travelled to Mui Wo for the UTMB Translantau and this hotel was within walking distance to the start line. The staff were friendly, the room basic and comfortable for me as a single traveller. I think families may enjoy it as well, for the hotel is in close proximity to the beach. Something inconvenient was that it was a short walk (about 300m) from where the taxi could drop me off.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which made it super easy to find. All the staff were incredibly polite. I was a bit worried at first, but my actual experience was fantastic. The driver was very courteous, and the shuttles were always on time. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall, a great experience! If you're going to Disneyland, this is definitely my top recommendation – excellent value for money. For the return trip from Disneyland, it's just two subway stops to Tung Chung, and if you time it right, there's a shuttle to take you back to the hotel. The breakfast is quite good for a four-star hotel, and the lobby feels more like a five-star. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for Hong Kong.

We arrived around 1 PM and luckily a room was ready, so they let us check in early and even gave us a sea-view room. It’s super convenient to take the hotel shuttle to Tung Chung for shopping and then connect to the MTR for the city center or Disneyland, or take the shuttle directly to the airport. There's no need to book the hotel breakfast; the tea restaurant across the street is affordable and offers more flexibility. If you're going to Tung Chung to redeem the HKD 100 e-voucher, remember to bring your room key card! The mall's customer service will only process the exchange with it. Cleanliness: Clean. Ambiance: Good, feels pretty much the same as the slightly pricier Sheraton next door. Service: The cleaning staff in the hallways would proactively greet us. On rainy days, there's about a 50cm stretch where you might get wet walking to the hotel shuttle, but some staff members were there with umbrellas to help.

Stayed at Novotel Citygate and wanted to share a helpful tip about transportation. The hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus service from the airport, which is very convenient. You can simply ask for details at the airport information counter. Unfortunately, I didn’t know about this in advance, so I ended up taking a bus to Tung Chung Station instead. I wouldn’t recommend this option if you’re traveling with luggage. Even though the bus has a designated space for bags, it was very crowded and quite difficult to manage multiple suitcases. Overall, the hotel stay was good, but definitely take advantage of the free shuttle—it will make your arrival much smoother!

We stayed in this hotel just to take our early morning flight. So we did not explore the location that much. Walking around a bit, not much to do, it is just to relax. The staff were helpful and friendly, helping us with booking morning taxi to the airport. The room was clean. No amenities (such as tooth brush, water, ...) at all. You need to have your own. Overall, It was ok.

We took our kids to Hong Kong Disneyland and decided to stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung, which totally exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, just a 15-minute drive to the park. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus every half hour to and from Tung Chung MTR station, making it super convenient for shopping at Citygate Outlets. It's truly family-friendly for those traveling with children. We booked a spacious ocean-view connecting room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the mountains and sea, and our child was captivated watching planes take off and land for ages. The room even thoughtfully included handrails suitable for elderly guests – the attention to detail was impeccable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a full range of amenities for children. Breakfast at the Lobby Lounge restaurant offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The fresh seafood and made-to-order noodle station were incredibly popular; our child loved it so much they had two bowls! The staff were all smiles throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They even proactively recommended hiking routes on Lantau Island, showing how warm and professional they are. We'll definitely rebook here on our next trip to Hong Kong, and I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends planning a Disneyland visit!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was comfortable. It's conveniently located, and taxis can drop you off directly at the B1 level. To check in, you need to take an elevator to the 9th floor. The 3rd floor provides direct access to the mall. Room access is via an internal elevator. The hotel breakfast is quite expensive at HKD 258 per person. All the good views are on the 9th floor, including the hotel pool, gym, restaurant, and a small garden. The room views are just average, and the curtains aren't very blackout. The in-room facilities are decent; the toilet is Villeroy & Boch, and the shower gel smells lovely.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for attending shows at the AsiaWorld-Expo. It's just a two-minute walk over the sky bridge to get there. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to both the airport and Tung Chung MTR station, running every half hour, making it an excellent choice if you have an early flight. The room was clean and spacious, and they provided four complimentary bottles of water. The soundproofing was very good; I couldn't hear any airplane noise from my side of the hotel. I ordered a coffee at the lobby bar on the ground floor, but the latte art was actually worse than mine, and it cost 65 HKD. I later discovered a cheaper coffee shop just ten meters away on the side of the lobby.
