Hotel COZi Resort

The room was indeed quite nice and spacious for Hong Kong standards. The Japanese-style decor was exquisite and beautiful, and the cleanliness was also excellent. However, charging mainland Chinese phones was a major problem. I brought my own USB charging cable, which worked in other hotels, but here it simply didn't power up when plugged in. The bathroom had two-prong outlets, but the charger didn't work there either. The hotel doesn't provide international adaptors, so I ended up having to buy an expensive one at a convenience store downstairs that caters to tourists – what a rip-off! The surrounding area was quite bad, with various factories and construction sites, making it very noisy. The walk to the MTR station was littered with trash. Outside the room window, several railway lines converged, and the rumbling noise could be heard all night long. On the positive side, the staff's attitude was very good and deserves commendation.

For a Hong Kong hotel, the facilities at this new property are quite impressive. It's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR station. As for the service, well, it's pretty much 'Hong Kong style,' especially when it comes to random room assignments. I was definitely overwhelmed by the crowd at breakfast. The gym, however, absolutely gets a thumbs up!

Clean and hygienic, located right next to the police station, so it feels very safe. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the cleaning auntie was also very nice. I recommend this place for mainland tourists. They also offer free luggage storage.

Located in Tuen Mun, directly opposite the MTR station, this hotel offers great value for money. Upon entering, we were met with delightful surprises everywhere – it's filled with playful, childlike touches, making it incredibly kid-friendly. There are large shopping malls nearby, so dining and other amenities are very convenient. If you're out sightseeing, just hop on the MTR across the street. We'll definitely bring our little ones back here next time!

My stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-equipped with comfortable amenities. There's a light rail, subway, and restaurants all nearby, just a short walk away. Plus, each floor of the hotel has a different themed decoration, which is a nice touch.
