The Silveri Hotel Hong Kong – MGallery Collection(Accor Group)

Highly recommended! Booking through Trip.com was fast and convenient, and there was no deposit required at check-in. The hotel is located right above the Citygate Outlets shopping mall, with elevators from two different directions taking you up to the 9th-floor lobby. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the views are expansive. The night scenery is also very soothing, ensuring a great night's sleep. For concerts or the airport, you can simply take the S1 bus from downstairs.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Although it's not large, it's very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is a new hotel with stylish and well-equipped facilities, far superior to older hotels, and without any lingering new-building smell. The location is excellent. You can take a free shuttle from the airport, operated by Novotel (a sister hotel), or take the S1, both about a 10-minute journey. The hotel is located right above Tung Chung MTR station. In fact, staying in Tung Chung makes it quite convenient to travel to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island by MTR, and it's only about a 20-minute ride to Disneyland. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the pool attendants, housekeepers, and baggage storage personnel, are all very professional and polite. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Karen at the front desk; she was incredibly warm, friendly, and kind to guests, and actively provided information about the hotel. The hotel should definitely recognize and reward such excellent employees. The soundproofing at the hotel is fantastic. You can see planes taking off and landing at the airport in the distance from the window, but you can't hear a single sound. The pool is very clean and comfortable. There are many dining and shopping options nearby, which is incredibly convenient. A small tip: you can find hidden gem restaurants frequented by locals in the nearby Fu Tung Market. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I return to Hong Kong. It's so comfortable to arrive at the hotel in just 10 minutes after landing, without having to drag my luggage around.

The hotel was quite clean and the service was good. However, the room door was so heavy that a woman couldn't even push it open, it was really heavy. Also, the plastic cups at the mini-bar weren't a great experience. 🙅

It took a while to find the hotel as the entrance is on the 3rd floor of a mall, not on the main street. 😓 The super nice and patient Miss Ada suggested we upgrade to a suite and arranged for us to have an excellent room with a view exactly like the one on their official website. We got complimentary breakfast and evening cocktail hour. Even better, on check-out day, as our flight was still hours away, we were able to use the executive lounge. Super nice!

Always stay at Novotel! This time I tried this newer hotel, located right above Citygate Outlets! The location is excellent, very close to both the airport and Disneyland. There's even a shuttle bus from the airport! The only downside is that the rooms are on the 5th floor, the lobby is on the 9th, and the shops are on the 3rd, and they're not interconnected. However, all the staff were very polite! Especially when I couldn't figure out the air conditioning, a repairman came and provided excellent service! Plus, there's a big supermarket downstairs, making it super easy to grab food and drinks! Thumbs up!
