"The decor is nice and the soundproofing between rooms is excellent. The duvet and pillows were down, which I wasn't used to at first, but it was actually quite good, haha. At 7 PM, they offer free congee and tea eggs in the lobby, which was perfect as my teeth were a bit sore, and the warm congee helped a lot. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers. They also offer a laundry service (where they'll even load the machine for you), which I didn't use, but it seems like a great option if you're staying longer. There's also a free gym and a meeting room (inquire at the front desk if you need to use it). If you need any disposable items, just ask at the front desk or mention it to the cleaning staff – it's no trouble at all. If you want breakfast at the hotel, you can inquire about adding it when you check in."

"Facilities: It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing star-rated hotel. You wouldn't guess the decor is ten years old; it's so well-maintained that it still feels very high-end and grand, completely outshining many contemporary hotel chains. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located close to both the airport and Hankou Railway Station. The surrounding area is quiet, with a Wanda Plaza right downstairs and Tianjie mall within walking distance. I'm a light sleeper and requested a quiet room, and they gave me one far from the elevator shaft and it was non-smoking, plus I got a room upgrade. Overall, the staff were excellent, except for one male concierge on duty the evening I checked in. When I asked him about registering my car plate, he spoke very quickly and seemed agitated. I took it as him being impatient, which was a very unpleasant experience. Also, the housekeeping staff need to be more thorough; when I took a shower, I found the casing of a previous guest's razor on the shower shelf, which didn't feel good at all. Overall, it's still worth staying here again!"

"Beyond the issues I just mentioned, they also offer a late-night snack service at 9 PM. The front desk will notify you at 8 PM what the snack for the evening will be, and it's one portion per person. If you stay for three consecutive nights, you'll get a different snack each day: white fungus sweet soup, mini tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), and millet porridge. There's also herbal tea available at the front desk that you can brew yourself, or you can have the staff prepare it for you; the tea leaves are the same. One unique difference here is the 3 PM check-out time, so check-in on weekends might be a bit later compared to other hotels. This extended check-out is really convenient. The hotel is near Metro Lines 2 and 11, though not super close – it's about a 10-minute walk, which is still quite convenient overall."

"No other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries."

"I stayed at the Wyndham hotel from March 19-21, and this experience truly exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, gentle, and patient throughout the check-in process, which was very efficient. They answered all my questions meticulously, making me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant and clean, and the rooms are spacious and quiet with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is also quite good, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is also very convenient, close to Joy City, which makes dining and shopping effortless. What surprised me most was the hotel's thoughtful arrangement of a free shuttle service to and from the concert venue, ensuring a safe and hassle-free trip. After the show, I didn't have to worry about the struggle of getting a taxi, which was incredibly considerate for us concert-goers. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with both the service and the environment. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuhan. Highly recommended!"

"The river view at night was absolutely gorgeous. The service was great, and they even have a robot that delivers takeout orders, which is a nice touch! The location is very convenient for transport, and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby. Plus, Shanhai Pass is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for an early morning visit."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely unbeatable, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The decor is simple yet stylish, and the room was spotless. I loved that they had diffusers in the common areas, and the bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable. Plus, the TV had screen mirroring, which was perfect for our family trip – we could relax and the kids could watch their favorite cartoons! The water temperature was perfect, no annoying fluctuations. The toiletries were also great; full-sized Acca Kappa, not those tiny samples.
