"Beautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅"

"I booked this hotel last minute as I had layover in Amsterdam. I was blown away from moment I walked in, the customer service from Andre was amazing. Big shout out to him. The lobby area was beautiful and it had a full service snack bar there where you can order item if you need. The room was great, pretty spacious, clean, it had balcony, and a jacuzzi in bathroom. The service was good. The location is very ideal. It is 3 min walk from Van Gogh museum, parks , restaraunts and the high end street. I enjoyed my stay and when I am back in Amsterdam I will definitely look to come here. Thank you"

"The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and our 'Comfy' room, adequate. Our room flooded and we were given an upgrade. Frankly, our first room was better appointed and not such an odd shape. Breakfast was a let down. The choice was limited and not great quality as the cold meats, smoked salmon and viennoiserie were poor. They had a 'live' cooking section for eggs. Everything was overcooked and the space reeked of browning butter. However, the staff were lovely and the 24/7 bar was a welcome touch."

We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby."
