"The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it."

"An absolutely perfect, fabulous, magical stay. We spent 5 nights as a family at Es Saadi Palace in a Ksar villa. The place is truly unique, the Palace is surrounded by magnificent gardens and a vast pool area. The staff is very professional, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Everything is tastefully decorated. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh produce... the restaurant is luxurious, and in the evening there's live music (guitar). On the third floor of the Palace, we had dinner at a Moroccan restaurant with traditional musical ambiance. An unforgettable holiday. A big thank you to everyone! We will definitely be back."

"Location is top notch! 10 mins walk to the medina. The hotel itself is very beautiful. It made you feel like you’re in oasis. There are two pool. But always crowded with people but you can still find the quiet spot in their garden. The staffs are very friendly. Hotel room doesn’t anything the hang the towel in the shower."

"I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub and found this one. It cost 80 MAD to take a taxi from the city center, which took about 20 minutes. A taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 150 MAD. There is a hotel shuttle bus to the city center, but it costs 15 MAD per person one way, has a set time, and is fully booked on the day, so I recommend taking a taxi. The staff at the bar and restaurant were all very friendly and worked efficiently. There were no amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, or bathrobes. Also, the power supply was European, so I purchased a transformer for 80 MAD at the shop in the hotel. The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was all-you-can-drink white, rosé, and red wine. From a Japanese perspective, this facility and service is unbelievable for this price, so if you have the time, I highly recommend staying here at least once."

"Lujo Chic… Es un Hotel maravilloso, súper chic , muy buen gusto ; con mucha privacidad en cada sector , la atención del personal en el Restaurante, Bar, Piscina, y Recepción es excelente. Los detalles de buen gusto , la calidad de las camas y sábanas, la piscina, el desayuno increíble . Las cenas y room service genial. Cada uno de ellos se han preocupado para que pase una buena estadía y le sienta segura con todas sus recomendaciones. El servicio de traslados muy bien .
