"Parking costs AUD 20 per night, but I wasn't told that I'd have to pay extra if I left and returned, which made me feel ripped off.
I needed an HDMI cable for work to connect to the TV in my room, and it took a lot of negotiating with the front desk to get one. There was a lot of unnecessary hassle, and I wish borrowing basic amenities like this could be more streamlined.
I stayed during the Christmas holiday, and it seems breakfast wasn't included, so I had to go out to eat.
The bathroom in my room type only had a curtain, not a proper door.
The windows looked quite dirty with a lot of dust outside.
The pool had many leaves floating on the surface, and no one seemed to be cleaning it, so I didn't use it.
I guess all these issues were probably due to a lack of staff during the holiday period."
