"Overall, a pleasant room for the price. The air conditioning works very well and the room stays warm and comfortable. However, the water pressure in the shower is quite weak, and the hot water temperature changes from time to time. There are visible traces of rust and dirt in the bathroom, and the shower area has no floor partition, so water spreads easily. The fridge is mostly occupied by the minibar, leaving little space for personal items. Despite these issues, the room itself is cozy and decent for its cost."

"The hotel is easily accessible, just a 5-minute uphill walk from the final stop of the free airport bus (number 72). Its location is excellent, right opposite the Moscow Hotel and a fountain. "The other booking APP mess up my booking, fortunately find this one. I love the location close to downtown and the Fortress as well as the park, the national museum. The room size was standard, beds comfortable enough, bathroom clean. Thank you for provide pleasant stay."

"Hotel location is great and closed to pedestrian road at the city center , you can reach the hotel from the Tesla airport using free bus number 72 and you can find this bus at arrival gate , it takes about one hour by this bus to arrive to last station in city center , then you can walk about 10 minutes to arrive the hotel , try to buy SIM card from the airport to help you to reach the hotel easily , do not take taxi because most are not good behavior driver and will take from you 20 Euro for just a short drive , the hotel room very clean and comfortable bed , the bathroom also very clean and housekeeping clean every day , but the problem that the lady in reception gave me the worst room in hotel . The room was very noisy and has a voice of blinder most time and the room has not any view , the breakfast was very great and delicious food and has many different variations of food everyday , the breakfast staff ( Mr DaIan ) was a great friendly man I give him 10/10 and he help all guest and advise them to try some delicious food ,  I will come back again to this hotel if they will give me other room ."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Knez Mihailova Street and Republic Square. You can walk straight down the street to the fortress, and many other attractions are also within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, the staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious food. If you exit the hotel and turn right for about 10 meters, passing through two building underpasses, you'll find a lively street with plenty of restaurants, as well as a large parking lot (P9) that costs 140 RMB per night, which is very convenient. Overall, it's a great place."

"Perhaps because it's a newly opened hotel in 2024, there aren't many online recommendations and reviews, but I still decided to try my luck with this hotel, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! Definitely worth recommending! Facilities: Very modern, with smart central control. The TV is smart but cannot be cast. The air conditioning is constant temperature, so sometimes it gets a bit cold even on heating. A complimentary bottle of water is provided upon check-in and not provided during the stay. Coffee and tea bags are continuously replenished. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive, answering any questions. Their English was good, and they responded promptly to any room issues I asked them to resolve. Breakfast: Very plentiful. During my three-night stay, the breakfast menu changed daily. Location: Excellent location. It's very close to Republic Square and Miguel Street, and the airport bus terminal (route 72) is a 5-minute walk away. There's a DM (Delivery Department Store) and a money exchange nearby, as well as a 24-hour bakery. There are also fast food options like McDonald's across the street, so you won't have trouble finding food even late at night. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning, quite clean. The room isn't particularly large, but it's adequate for short trips. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are provided, but shower caps are not. Overall, a hotel with no major drawbacks and good value for money."

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

WWenmenglThe room is good, standard Hilton style, the breakfast is very good, the location is good, about 600-700 meters from St. Sava Church and St. Mark Church, about 10 minutes walk. The bedside lamp is very unique, a bit like the style of a homestay, which is obviously different from other Hilton hotels. By the way, the electric kettle in the room can be bought in China, the best bulk purchase is less than 100 yuan, and the 10 yuan electric kettle in the room does not match the Hilton brand.

GGuest UserReception excellent. Too much noise from the next door room-the noise from the bathroom, shower. Lightning is a bit weak and diffcult to handle. The shower cabin is spacios and convenient, yet the sink us too small with a too high tap. And better to provide two blankets for two people. The pillow can seem too hard. Food is good. They could also add some yogurt or porridge. And the quality of coffee is not good enough. The location is very good, close to everything. If you come by car, bother to book the parking place, just for six cars in front of the hotel. In general, a nice hotel

AAngsonI booked this hotel at the last minute after my travel plans changed, and it worked out very well. I had a small single room, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the room was functional, and the location was very convenient for exploring Sofia. There were a couple of pieces of rubbish left near the window from a previous guest, but given how last-minute my booking was and how quickly they accommodated me, I don't think that's representative of the overall experience. The staff were communicative and helpful, and everything was straightforward from check-in to check-out.

GGuest User1. Hotel Location: Average. Walking to major attractions like the cathedral takes 20-30 minutes or more; however, if you have time to explore at your own pace, it's fine. 2. Hotel Overall Design: Good, from the layout and color scheme to the materials used. The only inconvenience is the one-way elevator; the hotel is large and long, and with only one elevator, you have to walk a very long way to reach your room. 3. Hotel Facilities: Acceptable. Two things I think this level of hotel definitely needs to improve: a. There's no bidet on the left side; b. The shower room doesn't even have a door… 4. Hotel Service: Acceptable. Special praise goes to the staff member pictured in the attached photo. Our car battery died, and this staff member stayed with us for about 30 minutes, diligently helping to solve the problem. In the end, I had to flag down a taxi for a jump start, but during the process, this hotel staff member kept checking the battery and studying the condition of the car, successfully locating the battery and successfully jump-starting the car. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: Everything else is fine, except some mirrors weren't completely clean, as shown in the attached photo.

The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

From the road to the hotel to walk 5 minutes, if a lot of luggage will not be very convenient, or agree with the hotel to meet them card. because this is a city park, where in the morning, afternoon, evening people run and walk, and late in the evening to return to the hotel is scary. Nearby bus stop to the city center 2 stations, next to a huge shopping center with boutiques Zara, Massimo, etc. (10-15 minutes walk through the park) The hotel itself is normal for its budget.

Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
