While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Guest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Svetlana_BlnThe hotel is incredibly professional, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I found everything to be excellent. The Hilton is definitely a great choice for a trip to Belgrade. The service is top-notch, and the hospitality is exceptional.

Guest UserHaving stayed in hotels in many countries, this is the first time I've felt compelled to complain. The hotel advertised itself as 'tranquil,' and I assumed that just meant it was a bit out of the way or far from riverside attractions. However, I never expected it to be so noisy! The windows aren't soundproof at all, and even with earplugs, I could hear all sorts of vehicles throughout the night. The curtains also let in light, and the noise from the next room was incredibly loud.

Guest UserExcellent, everything was great. Yes, it's located on a rocky stretch, but it's less than a 3-minute walk to the hotel from a paved road. It might be inconvenient with luggage and heels, though. I booked a single room, but it seems I was upgraded to a higher class room. My phone wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the administrator went above and beyond to fix the issue. After restarting the router, everything connected fine. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They provide a white cardboard (card key/pass). I recommend it!

YinweibufanThe air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching.

There was a distinctive fragrance upon entering, which I personally disliked and found slightly unpleasant at first.
However, it had an operable window, allowing for fresh air. The overall hotel was clean and tidy, with no stains on the bedding or bathroom fixtures.
The breakfast was somewhat basic, and the taste didn't suit my personal preferences.
Communication with the front desk was smooth in English, and any minor issues I raised were handled promptly and appropriately.
The air conditioning has a preset temperature range that cannot be adjusted outside of that range. This might be a bit too cold for some guests.
Important note: This is the first hotel I've stayed at in recent years that doesn't have USB ports. I recommend bringing your own power adapter. If you forget, there are places to buy them near the hotel.
There are many bus routes outside the hotel (public buses in Belgrade are free). Belgrade's attractions are relatively concentrated and many are within walking distance.

MsViktoria21What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

totinoulgmVery nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

Guest UserPerfect location, next time I'll be looking in the same area. The staff was polite and ready to help with any issue. It wasn't as nice as in the photos; the room showed some 'wear and tear,' and there was no safe, etc., but it didn't spoil the overall impression. Daily cleaning wasn't provided, but they periodically knocked and offered cleaning and towels. Overall, I'm satisfied and left with a pleasant impression.
