"Was a nice apartment though it can get pretty noisy if you're a light sleeper. There's a bar right below my room. Location is pretty solid and room was comfortable. Very close to a coffee shop called Coffee Shop 0110 that serves great coffee."

"The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff spoke good English. The location is a major plus, making airport transfers very convenient (the 72 bus goes directly from terminal to terminal). It's also within walking distance to many main attractions, and for further places, public transport is easily accessible with multiple bus routes nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, there are many Chinese restaurants, a Chinese supermarket, and a Chinese department store in the vicinity."

"The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and serviced daily. There is a large, high-quality TV. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Shower gel, body lotion, and liquid hand soap are provided. The air conditioning is modern and centrally controlled. The breakfast staff are very polite and attentive. The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products. The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended. For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended."

"The location is fantastic, right on Knez Mihailova Street, close to Republic Square. There's a DM supermarket, pharmacies, and a cosmetics store right next door, and a Maxi supermarket across the street, plus tons of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is small but charming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. On June 4th, my second day there, I accidentally twisted my ankle and needed ice packs, which the staff provided every time. The room isn't huge, but it has a big window with a long table underneath, perfect for putting things. However, trying to open two 28-inch suitcases made it feel a bit cramped. The hotel's breakfast was the best among all seven hotels we stayed at during our Balkan trip: a great variety of options, and the stir-fried vegetables and scrambled eggs were perfect for my Chinese palate. The coffee was good, the juices (especially the peach juice) were delicious, and they had hot milk, bread, and cakes that all tasted great. There was even a slight variation in the selection over the two days we stayed. It would be even better if the price were a little lower. Finally, a big thank you again to every staff member who helped me!"

"Perhaps because it's a newly opened hotel in 2024, there aren't many online recommendations and reviews, but I still decided to try my luck with this hotel, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! Definitely worth recommending! Facilities: Very modern, with smart central control. The TV is smart but cannot be cast. The air conditioning is constant temperature, so sometimes it gets a bit cold even on heating. A complimentary bottle of water is provided upon check-in and not provided during the stay. Coffee and tea bags are continuously replenished. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive, answering any questions. Their English was good, and they responded promptly to any room issues I asked them to resolve. Breakfast: Very plentiful. During my three-night stay, the breakfast menu changed daily. Location: Excellent location. It's very close to Republic Square and Miguel Street, and the airport bus terminal (route 72) is a 5-minute walk away. There's a DM (Delivery Department Store) and a money exchange nearby, as well as a 24-hour bakery. There are also fast food options like McDonald's across the street, so you won't have trouble finding food even late at night. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning, quite clean. The room isn't particularly large, but it's adequate for short trips. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are provided, but shower caps are not. Overall, a hotel with no major drawbacks and good value for money."

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

AAnonymous UserDon't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked.

GGuest UserThe service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar. Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast. Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free. What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant.

The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
