English translation (meaning preserved, natural tone):
This was one of the most uncomfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. We booked a President Room for around €150 per night, which I assume is the hotel’s top-tier option. When we first entered the room, there was a bad smell, the floors were not clean, and the sink was clogged. We couldn’t unclog it even by pressing or pulling it by hand.
We went down to reception and requested a refund if possible; if not, we asked for a room change. Even though it was within the first minutes after payment, they refused a refund and only offered to change the room. In the new room, the toilet seat would not stay up—when you lifted it and leaned it against the wall, it immediately fell back down.
We ran the air conditioner for four hours, but the room never warmed up. There was not even hot water in the room. After taking a cold shower, we were freezing in front of an air conditioner that only blew slightly warm air, which was completely insufficient. I contacted the staff and asked if there was an additional heater. Although the mode I initially showed was clearly the heating (sun) mode, they insisted it was the snow/cooling mode. After about half an hour of back-and-forth, someone finally came to the room and realized it was indeed the heating mode, not cooling. Nothing changed. I repeatedly explained that the room had not warmed up for four hours and asked again if there was any extra heater available. They said all rooms use the same heating system and that it was the same everywhere. No additional heater was provided.
The person who came to the room was a receptionist, not a technical staff member—apparently, the hotel doesn’t even have technical personnel. I told him there was no hot water and that I had taken a cold shower. He went into the bathroom, checked the water, said he would make an adjustment, and claimed hot water would be available in one hour. By then it was already 1 a.m., far past shower time—it was time to sleep. Hot water would supposedly come around 2 a.m., and even that was uncertain. Meanwhile, the room was still cold and the entire experience was a complete fiasco. I was on the verge of leaving the hotel in the middle of the night.
I record this as the second worst hotel experience of my life. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you don’t want to take a cold shower while it’s snowing outside and don’t want to stay in a room that never warms up, this place is not for you.
