The room is very good. It is close to the airport. Facing the sun, you can see the scenery outside. The location is also very convenient. It is not far from the shopping mall. After dinner, you can take a walk back to the hotel to rest. It was a good experience. If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will choose this place again

The hotel is incredibly professional, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I found everything to be excellent. The Hilton is definitely a great choice for a trip to Belgrade. The service is top-notch, and the hospitality is exceptional.

I stayed many times in this hotel. Breakfast is very simple compare to other 4 stars hotel. it's still ok for me. . This time feels not good. which made me unhappy is that I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me. and it called an expensive one (named hotel taxi and not a regular taxi), which is more than 30% higher than you call a taxi on the taxi parking area on the road by urself. I will never try again.

The air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching.

There was a distinctive fragrance upon entering, which I personally disliked and found slightly unpleasant at first. However, it had an operable window, allowing for fresh air. The overall hotel was clean and tidy, with no stains on the bedding or bathroom fixtures. The breakfast was somewhat basic, and the taste didn't suit my personal preferences. Communication with the front desk was smooth in English, and any minor issues I raised were handled promptly and appropriately. The air conditioning has a preset temperature range that cannot be adjusted outside of that range. This might be a bit too cold for some guests. Important note: This is the first hotel I've stayed at in recent years that doesn't have USB ports. I recommend bringing your own power adapter. If you forget, there are places to buy them near the hotel. There are many bus routes outside the hotel (public buses in Belgrade are free). Belgrade's attractions are relatively concentrated and many are within walking distance.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. I want to separately highlight three strengths: 1. Staff. This is the main dignity of the hotel! At the respiratory, always met with a smile, answered quickly to all questions.It is evident that people really like their work and care for the guests. Thank you very much for the hospitality and attentive attitude! 2. Breakfast. Breakfasts are just great! Great choice: there were both eggs/omlets, fresh vegetables, and quality cheeses, sausages, baking.  3. Room. In the room (standard double room) there was all you need: comfortable bed, clean clothes, modern bathroom, good shower. All the equipment (teaker, coffee machine) worked well. Cleanness and order on five. No complaints. The location is also very convenient - in step-to-step access to sights. I definitely recommend this hotel and I am happy to stay here next time! The room was quite spacious, which is rare for a European hotel. The facilities are a bit old but still acceptable. In the carpeted standard room, there was a slight dampness mixed with a hint of smoke, making the air stuffy. The window was large, a French window that opened onto the second-floor platform roof. After airing it out, the smell noticeably freshened up. The breakfast was indeed plentiful, but European breakfasts are all pretty much the same; even a rich one still has limited variety. It wasn't particularly distinctive, and the taste was pretty standard.

I spent 14 days at Belgrade City Hotel, and it was absolutely the best choice for me. My room was cleaned every day, and the bed was big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks, and I also loved how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. If I come to Belgrade again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for your amazing service! ❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the city centre and public transport, which made it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, including fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travellers.

Initially, I came to the address, went to the reception where they gave me a WhatsApp of a person who redirected me to another address. They did not answer my email before check-in, but they answered quickly in WhatsApp upon arrival. The apartments are comfortable, everything you need is inside. But they asked me for more money than was written in the reservation, I had to sort it out with trip.com support and the owner in the WhatsApp chat. On the last day of checking, we agreed on the amount that was written in the reservation. The heating was bad in early April 2025. There were no accessories for cleaning the room.
