"The hotel is located between a broken residential area, it is not easy to find at night, and the appearance is very disappointing. Going into the hotel is slightly better. There is no kettle in the room and you need to borrow it from the front desk. This is not very convenient. Everything else is fine."

While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Guest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar.
Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast.
Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free.
What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant.

I stayed many times in this hotel. Breakfast is very simple compare to other 4 stars hotel. it's still ok for me. . This time feels not good. which made me unhappy is that I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me. and it called an expensive one (named hotel taxi and not a regular taxi), which is more than 30% higher than you call a taxi on the taxi parking area on the road by urself. I will never try again.

YinweibufanThe air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching.

Егор МитрофановA very good hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, created not only by the staff's service and authentic historical interior, but largely by the live Tchaikovsky music almost constantly playing in the restaurant. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient; it truly is right in the heart of Belgrade. The hotel's history, which it reveres, and the large number of famous guests are also very interesting. If I ever visit Belgrade again, there will be no question of where to stay.

There was a distinctive fragrance upon entering, which I personally disliked and found slightly unpleasant at first.
However, it had an operable window, allowing for fresh air. The overall hotel was clean and tidy, with no stains on the bedding or bathroom fixtures.
The breakfast was somewhat basic, and the taste didn't suit my personal preferences.
Communication with the front desk was smooth in English, and any minor issues I raised were handled promptly and appropriately.
The air conditioning has a preset temperature range that cannot be adjusted outside of that range. This might be a bit too cold for some guests.
Important note: This is the first hotel I've stayed at in recent years that doesn't have USB ports. I recommend bringing your own power adapter. If you forget, there are places to buy them near the hotel.
There are many bus routes outside the hotel (public buses in Belgrade are free). Belgrade's attractions are relatively concentrated and many are within walking distance.

MsViktoria21What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

Anonymous UserI had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering great local tips and checking in to ensure everything was perfect.
The location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of the area, making it incredibly easy to walk to major attractions, public transit, and fantastic local restaurants. Despite being so close to the action, the property itself was a peaceful haven, allowing for a great night's sleep.
The facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the common areas had a fantastic, relaxed vibe that made it easy to meet fellow travelers. I also really appreciated the small details, like the secure lockers and the fully equipped kitchen.
