"Hotel location is good as it is close to :metro station and bus stops, commuting easily to scenic spots and airport. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Most impressive is taff of reception, restaurants, housekeeping and all are very professional, caring, friendly and.helpful. Our room is very cosy, well designed and.illuminated with very warm feel. The night show is of good quality. Thank you Lumen which gave us a very enjoyable stay !"

"We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews. Cons: 1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay): • Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in. • The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price). • Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere. 2. Reception Service: • No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room,resulted in us going down to reception for assistance. • Unprofessional receptionist behavior: • A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help. • My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. 3. Housekeeping Issue: • Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there. • The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside. 4. Taxi Drop-off: • The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door. • Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away. Some Pros: • Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market. • Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. • Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working. • Good breakfast options."

"Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport."

"This hotel is extremely convenient and close to two metro stations. It is important for travelers that are looking to travel with public transportation. Also it is close to shopping streets, restaurants and a super market. It feels safe to stay here too."

"Absolutely wonderful place and great service! Very cozy hotel with a small garden. The beds are comfortable, spacious bathroom and room is nicely designed and very clean😊 The place also has a small kitchen, guests can make a sandwich or light meal, tea and coffee sachets are refilled daily. The only minus is lack of elevator, however, the staff was very helpful to carry my heavy bags upstairs:) I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lisbon🤗"

"Centrally located with convenient transportation, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We were able to store our luggage before check-in, which was a huge plus. The room was very comfortable. We'd definitely choose this place again."

"You need the email for the access code for front door and then check your self in pay the room tax and note the pin for the room that is allocated the room size is ok however the signs of mold on the curtains and wall are evident there is no sound prooofing and the apartment obviously had a sewage problem as the smell tend to enter the bathroom and apartment living area so a stronger air fresher is needed or fix the issue"

"Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items."

"The location is perfect where is very close to MRT. There are restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel quite convenient The room is correspondence to the star rating. The pillow is a bit smelly. However, the bathroom is very clean."
