"The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient. The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage. Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol)."

GGuest UserThe room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good.

GGuest UserBath foam was empty on 1st night when we want to take a shower. Advised the cleaning woman next morning to refill which she did. On 2nd night, when we want to wash our hair, the shampoo is empty. I think the cleaning woman did not check the shampoo when she refill the bath foam. Phone reception that night and advise front desk in the morning to fill up the shampoo. Front desk promised to refill shampoo and replenish all amenities including the shower cap. When we come back on 3rd day, the shampoo is still empty and no amenities including shower cap were given. Complain to hotel manager on 4th day before check out regarding shampoo and front desk promise but not fulfill issue, the manager apologized and offered our friend free breakfast which we appreciated. I expect all hotels bath foam and shampoo are checked and refilled before new guest arrives.

GGuest UserIt’s my mom’s best birthday trip ever. We felt warm and have an amazing stay in the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. They made different kinds of cakes, tarts and pies every morning. Even there’s any issues or problems w your room, they always tried their best to make sure you have everything perfect.

This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. Ppygroundspacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserSuper fun! The staff are very friendly. The whole hotel and rooms are whimsical and fun. Excellent location right on pink street. The windows are triple thick and the noise is minimal at best. There were complimentary ear buds but we didn't even need them. We really enjoyed out stay and hope to come back again soon!

The location was excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen and a spacious living area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to relax or get some work done. Overall, this was a great place to stay, offering both the comfort of a home and the convenience of a hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
