Good experience living in this apartment! We can lock our things for just 1 euro in the check in and out day~~ big and clean~

The host didn't email the door code to me and there was no one answering the doorbell for the first three times my friends and I tried when it's raining heavily outside that day. I called the owner and they said they would open the door but they didn't and I had to call another time so that they would actually give us the door code to get into the building.
The environment around the stay is very dirty, the road is full with dog poops everyday since morning and it smells very bad.
My belonging is missing in the apartment when I'm very sure that it was still in the bathroom before we left the room. I'm not sure if the cleaner broke it or something else, but I asked them and they say there's nothing they can do about it. I don't mind if they broke it i just want an explanation about why is it missing and they just ignored me, instead they just say they couldn't find the item.
The cleaner cleans the room everyday, the room is clean and is a nice place to sleep overall.

The accommodation is very nice and close to major tourist attractions around Centro.
The alley is a little scary to enter at night, but other than that, everything is good. I am satisfied. This is a recommended accommodation.

The room is really nice... it's clean and tidy and it's like an apartment. It has tableware, a hot water kettle, and even pots and pans... you can cook! But if you are a girl, I don’t recommend booking this place! First of all, the location is in an alley next to the square. When you get out of the subway entrance, you have to carry a suitcase and climb a lot of steps. Even though some of the corners are really dark and emm... the smell of urine... there is no front desk, only a machine for self-service check-in. , don’t book if you can’t speak English at all! !

After the first impact of finding the bed unmade, everything else went well. Even though it's an app they do the cleaning every day. The kitchen is a little poorly equipped, there is no microwave as written, but an oven.
Easy check-in and even late check-out.

Apartment located in the heart of central Lisbon in an alley without car access
Get off the Rossio metro, not the Martin Moniz metro, too much walking
Perfect apartment equipment as well as cleaning, towels changed every day
Perfect even for a long stay because washing machine available in the apartment

The apartment is excellent! Very pleasant, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, everything great. Very well located, close to the main tourist attractions. What made us very uncomfortable was the presence of people at the entrance to the street, who stay day and night, selling and using *****. The authorities need to take a stand, as this situation is quite embarrassing and unpleasant. There are families walking around the place, and the feeling of insecurity is great.
