GGuest UserThe location is very good and shopping is very convenient. Loewe is downstairs. Citywalk attractions are also very convenient. You don't need to take a car because Lisbon is not a big city and there are hills everywhere, which is very physically demanding. The breakfast is very good. I especially like Ovos. It is both beautiful and delicious. The lack of vegetables is a common problem in European hotels. The variety of vegetables cannot be compared with domestic hotels. The dinner is also good. The phone signal is very poor. There is no signal at all after entering the hotel. The hotel WIFI signal is also very weak and cannot open the web page. Except for the signal problem, everything else is perfect.

김김유리You can walk to most of Lisbon's major tourist attractions, and the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation are both excellent.
However, the rooftop bar breakfast was one of the main reasons for choosing this accommodation,
but the white staff was extremely rude and unfriendly.
They seemed to ignore me even though I didn't speak English well.
There were many other staff members, but they didn't act like that and were friendly.

1118265****The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom with its excellent wet/dry separation – the shower's water barrier was perfect. The room also featured a floor-to-ceiling window that could almost fully open (with a safety rail outside). Both the lounge and restaurant are on the first floor. The lobby had a great ambiance with beautiful flower arrangements.

RRay KsaiVery nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

HH MatthiasLovely hotel beside the airport, though showing signs of age. Excellent warm and friendly staff who facilitated a room change quickly.
Perfect indoor heated swimming pool for winter, clean spa and gym area. Hotel also provides frequent shuttle service to the terminal (~3 minute drive).
Breakfast choices were limited but delicious. Would recommend for those catching early morning flights.

ММаксимExcellent hotel a block from the main street. There is its own paid underground parking. The hotel is not the newest, but you can feel the class of service, luxurious breakfasts, wonderful staff, large room. There is a gym and an indoor (transparent roof) swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The main attractions can be reached on foot or by metro. We definitely recommend it before visiting the city or for a business trip (there were a lot of obviously business travelers, even too formally dressed people from all over Europe, and some kind of cozy conferences were taking place in business enterprises).

GGuest UserNice hotel, pleasant and always available welcome, upgrade to a nice suite making the stay even more comfortable, good quality bedding.
The lighting management is a bit complex, you have to get the hang of it.
Good and quality breakfast but a bit classic, we would have appreciated some local specialties.
The spa is enjoyable at the end of the day but requires some maintenance work.

MM445578****The hotel was built after the 1755 Portuguese earthquake. It was renovated later. Although the house is old, it is renovated and the equipment is updated. After the hotel is very hard to become a retro building but modern facilities. All the software in the hotel is very careful, and even a small bag of paper towels that can be carried with you. The bedding and pajamas fabrics are very good. Aesop for toiletries. Breakfast is served daily towards the sea view.

GGuest UserThis stay was great! The room was warm and elegant, the facilities were new and complete, and the bedding was so comfortable that it made for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and recommended fun places around. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good. The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel, highly recommended!

GGuest UserVery nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities,good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.
