"Hello, It was a nice hotel, good service, and a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that there were nuts in the room, but no price list. We assumed this was included. At checkout, we had to pay for the minibar. At check-in, we had to show our Visa card, even though our stay had been paid for. It turns out that without sending an invoice, they charged an additional €31 for nuts based on the Visa card. These nuts seem quite expensive... I hope I get a price list so I can follow along. There was no indication of this in the room. I think this approach is a shame... without an upfront invoice, based on a €1 donation to charity with the Visa card. This doesn't sound very good.
