Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Lisbon

"I spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer."

"neat & clean. quite spacious for the room of 1 queen bed & 2 single beds. the cleaner came to change the towel on the 2nd day. provide washing machine. I would suggest the hostel to provide a dryer as well. walking distance about 500m to the Parque metro station. Free Luggage storage."

"The hotel is very close to the metro station, which is great. It's located right on Liberty Avenue, and the surrounding area is nice. The hotel itself is in an older building facing the street, so it feels a bit dated. The facilities are quite old, and the bathroom is small, but the price is also very affordable."

"The location was fantastic, right near Liberty Avenue, perfect for walking around and shopping. The triple room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I originally booked thinking there was paid parking available, but it turned out there was an issue with the car park, so we couldn't use it. This meant we spent our first day driving around looking for a spot. Parking in the city center is quite complicated, so we ended up using an underground car park beneath a commercial plaza. They charged every 15 minutes, and it cost over 37 euros for one night! Luckily, the next day was a Friday, and from 7 PM on Friday until Sunday, parking was free."

"The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the city center, subway and bus stations, and a 4-minute walk to the train station. The customer service staff were polite and helpful. We stayed for three days, adding a third night to our room, and they were able to arrange our itinerary for the other room – very kind of them. The room was neat and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the city center. The evening view was lovely, and the two of us could sit on the terrace and enjoy the scenery. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have stairs; you have to go up two floors to the front desk, then up another two floors to your room on the fourth floor, where you have to use shared bathrooms and toilets. However, these are very clean and hygienic, each bathroom is private and secure. The bathrooms only have shower gel, and towels are provided in the rooms. The soundproofing is poor. There are many shared spaces, and there is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toiletries."

"Really nice hotel, with such kind staff. It was in a good location and there were markets and nice food spots around. The AC in the room wasn’t strong but one of the staff members went above and beyond to help us get a fan. We really loved our stay."
