The location is right at Chinatown. Motomachi station. Staff are friendly. Lots of facilities - onsen, free yakult coffee and ice creme. Free use of laundry facilities. Will recommend

Excellent hotel, room small but very well designed, very comfortable bed and pillows, they provide free coffee, ice cream, massage chair upstairs near the hot spring. Hot spring facilities also excellent, very clean, inside and outside spring lockers, shampoos etc, staff very friendly and helpful, close to great Japanese restaurants and walk to Himaji Castle definitely recommend this hotel.

My favorite hotel chain in Japan, the hot springs at the top of the hotel are an excellent addition to this somewhat business like hotel. All the freebies that you get during the stay - the welcome drink, the soba noodles, the popsicles, the small gift in the mini bar - make it a no a brainer when choosing your stay in Japan.

Thank you so much… we really enjoyed it here… just outside the Chinatown and a lot of Kobe stops… very friendly front desk people …. Have them ready your pajama set too … amazing and really recommendable Plus the onsen, with free popsicles and Yakult after you bath in the onsen….. have 15 minutes massage chair too.. love love love

A good value hotel, with yukatas, free hot spring baths from 3am to 10am overnight. There are 2 boxes of jelly and 2 bottles of Toyama mineral water in the refrigerator, free Yakult in the morning, unlimited ice cream from 3pm, a bowl of evening soy sauce ramen after 9:30pm before bed, and free massage chairs if you have the chance.
