"Although I was a solo traveler, the room had 2 single beds. The room didn’t have a bath and it was shower only. The toilet had sensor light so if you don’t move for 30-60sec, it will fade out the light which was quite annoying. The location was not bad - only a short walk from Atami train station. There is a family mart convenience store nearby. They only serve western breakfast as you get food from Tully’s cafe located in the ground level of the hotel. I think it’s the Atami city’s issue but it seems you can’t pre-book taxis in advance. You have to walk to the train station and line up in taxi queue - which can be quite long sometimes"

"The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast leaned more towards a Japanese style. The only slight drawback was the hotel's location, which was a bit out of the way, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach the commercial area and the beach. However, the hotel's ground floor had a large convenience store and souvenir shop, both well-stocked, which somewhat made up for the slightly inconvenient location."

"On our second day in Atami, we switched to the Resorpia Hotel by the sea. Since we were coming from another onsen hotel, we took a taxi directly to the 1st floor. Guests can only access this hotel by walking down from the 9th floor on the hill. The location is fantastic; we could see the ocean right from our room's balcony. The next morning, we could even watch the 'Tangerine Sea' sunrise 🌅 from bed. The public bath is on the 5th floor. It's a bit of a shame there's no open-air onsen, so you can only enjoy the view through the window while bathing. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Atami Station, but you need to book it in advance. The facilities are a bit dated, but the hygiene is still very good. Overall, it offers decent value for money."

"It has a shared toilet and a Japanese-style room, and you have to make your own bed. It has the flavor of local travel in Japan! You can watch Atami Beach and the sunrise from the rooftop terrace, which is beautiful. It is very inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the mountain. It is recommended to take a taxi, but it is not far from the beach and shopping street, but the entire Atami is on a slope. If you know how to use it, checking in without anyone is actually quite convenient."

"The room was spacious and clean, and the hot spring bathroom was also impressively large! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. They proactively added me on WeChat to arrange a pick-up from the station, and as a Chinese speaker, communication was absolutely seamless. They also recommended several fantastic sightseeing spots. We were thrilled to be able to catch the seaside fireworks! I hadn't realized how hilly Atami is, so we were truly grateful for the owner's numerous pick-ups and drop-offs."

"This hotel offers stunning hilltop views of the sea, especially beautiful at night. Make sure to take a taxi from the station, as there's a very steep hill to get there. The hotel service is excellent, and the place is clean and tidy. We booked a corner room with dual-aspect windows, and it even had a bathtub. Enjoying a drink on the balcony while admiring the night view was a highlight. There's also a fantastic teppanyaki restaurant at the foot of the hill (no English menu, though) that's delicious and reasonably priced."

The hotel covers the taxi fare between the JR station and the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room is entirely complimentary. Nightly turndown service, the staff's consistent smiles, the omelet chef at breakfast proactively delivering dishes to our table, and the patient and detailed assistance from a Chinese-speaking front desk employee all made the entire stay incredibly warm and pleasant. 6️⃣ Location and View The hotel boasts a convenient location with an almost unobstructed, front-row ocean view. The most enjoyable moments were soaking in the private hot spring on the balcony, gazing out at the sea – truly a quintessential vacation feeling. Overall, this is a high-end hotel that strikes an excellent balance in design, service, views, and quality. The experience is almost flawless. If you're planning a trip to Atami, it's definitely a top choice. 💯 A perfect score for this hotel."

"”Japanese-style room with bathtub” was seriously misled by the picture of this room type!!! There is actually no balcony open-air bath, only indoor bathroom bathtub. Someone mentioned it in a previous review, but it was still a pitfall. I remind you again if you need it, please book a room with open-air bath in the title!!! The hotel's English level is very poor, and I don't want to waste my breath to argue, so I just think I'm unlucky. The privacy design of the outdoor hot spring bath is very poor, and there is basically no cover. The hotel's free shuttle bus is rare and requires reservations, but the phone can't be reached, which is very inconvenient."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! We had a pure ocean-view room on the eighth floor; I imagine the higher up you go, the better the view gets. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with nearly thirty different options, and there's a coffee machine in the lobby. My only minor gripe is that the hot spring pool felt a bit basic. If I ever visit Atami again, I'd definitely stay here."
