Amazing
We loved our 2 day stay at this traditional ryokan. It is an oasis within the city with beautiful gardens and villas. The food was carefully prepared and service excellent. Shizuoka was very kind and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended. Thank-you!

Very satisfied, the scenery is pleasant, the environment is elegant, completely relaxing, the service attitude is also very good, the breakfast and lunch are very unique, and the facilities are also complete

Their service is wonderful. We left a charger in our room and they quickly locate it and return it. I understand that they use a plastic bag to hold all customer property left in their room and labelled it with dates and room no. This shows how they care about their customers and address to things systemically with every single details. This is one of the many times I forgot things in hotel and public transport and can get things back every time. Speechless!

We traveled as a family of three, with our daughter and 2-year-old grandson. We enjoyed the hotel activities and the spacious rooms were relaxing! We were excited about the treehouse. We warmed up in the large public bath with an ocean view. We were thrilled by the delicious breakfast! There's so much to enjoy!

The room was tidy and clean. We shared toilet and hot spring. The hot spring was awesome and we enjoyed 45 minutes there. This place was a worth staying hostel yet a bit far away from the JR station.
