FfengfqThis was an exceptionally pleasant stay, offering fantastic value for money. Our Japanese-style room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony, gazing out at the clear blue sea, truly sparked endless reverie. The hotel owners (a husband and wife team) were wonderfully hospitable and attentive, always going the extra mile to help. Even though the hotel isn't far from Atami Station, the owner personally provided shuttle service, picking up and dropping off guests arriving from afar. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Atami, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family.

After arriving at the hotel, someone immediately helped to park the car. We checked in while drinking champagne. There is a lounge with free snacks and various drinks all day long, which is very high quality.
The room is large and comfortable, with an unbeatable sea view. The hot spring in the room is very comfortable. The mini bar has various free drinks, including juice, tea, alcoholic drinks, etc.
The dinner is really great. Authentic French cuisine. I ate it for two days without repeating it. The ingredients are more advanced every day. I have to stay for more than three consecutive days for dinner.
The perfect hotel gave me a perfect vacation

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

GGuest UserHotels services is good. The room is pretty big and tidy, feeling comfortable in it. Walk for 2-3mins to 7-11 or Lawson.
Public onsen provides inside and outside experience.
The only disappointed is there is a Group of HK people arrived, there is a man full of tatoo get in public onsen. I checked the rules at front door. It mentioned Tatoo is prohibited. This kind of stupid HK people is a shame for HK when they travel around in Japan. Dont understand the culture of Japan.
No parking area for loading, Car parking needs to use next hotel, a bit inconvenience if you carrying few luggages. 🧳

FfungioRoom was nicely designed with a sofa corner and terrace. There was also a free drink corner and rooftop terrace. However, there was only indoor onsen and this is a self service hotel without any staff on site for reservation.

MMudkipLynnAn amazing place to stay with a location which is near lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there are private hot springs on the top floor which are constantly available and free to use! Loved this hotel very much and it made the stay at Atami very magical and memorable. TTengqisizhiCame here for the fireworks. You can soak in the hot springs at the hotel next to the fireworks display, have a buffet, then change into a yukata and head over leisurely. The hotel buffet even includes unlimited beer, cocktails, and more! I loved the chawanmushi, grilled fish, beef brisket, tempura... and there was sashimi too. For breakfast, I grabbed some natto, and wow, that's truly 'hellish' cuisine, haha! 🤣
They offer a JR station shuttle service. The driver was very nice and helped with our luggage. We decided not to take it on the way there because we wanted to explore the onsen town, but the hilly roads were quite a trek, very difficult to walk. I'd recommend just heading straight to check-in first, then exploring. The onsen also had a manga corner.
Oh, and you don't actually need to bring your own yukata for the fireworks! This hotel has many different patterns of yukata available for guests using the hot springs.

PPumpkinOverall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.
