I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

Amazing experience!
We got picked up at Atami Station in a free shuttle.
The Hotel is located on a cliff, with stunning views of both the ocean and the city.
The Hotel has a very interesting design, it looks kind of old fashioned but in a grand, fun way.
We stayed in a Japanese style room, was fine.
The 3 separate onsen baths were amazing. Great views, Sauna was good too.
Food was a buffet, but it was freshly made and high quality.
We were very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it

We stayed at the hotel for the Atami Fireworks. Location is a nice easy walk down the slopes to the shopping streets. Plenty of amenities nearby. Room was clean and the space was well thought out. Staff is helpful. The carpark attendant that day wasn't the most friendly but that didn't spoil the stay.
We were recommended not to drive to the pier for the fireworks because of traffic jam, which turns out to be true as cars were waiting just get out of carparks. However, it's a steep walk back after the fireworks as we followed google maps for the shortest route back but it surprised us with stairs. Could be an easier walk if we had retrace our steps although the distance would be longer.

After the MOA Museum of music, I stayed here. The taxi is sure to be caught once you get to the station, but if you can, it is the best to be caught at the MOA Museum of art. It is located further in the mountains through the MOA Museum of Art.The view of the dining room made the sea wide around Hatsushima. There seemed to be no restaurant nearby, so it was a splendid French that drew the best form of the great answer and the goodness of the food of the land when it was a plan for the meal. It was a great time to hit the tongue drums on the food while watching the sea and the lights of the town. The room has a hot spring and hot springs always spring. I was injured at that time, but the scars became unobtrusive and I realized the effect. The next morning's rice was also wonderful, and I felt the heart of the person who was warm in everything, and I was grateful. I felt the depth of the natural grace of the sea mountain in Atami. The inn is also affordable and rich in wit and humor. I was very happy to think about the great fashion with the introduction of specialty products at breakfast. I look forward to the new fashion and I will see you again.

I wanted to stay when I used the banquet hall on a bus tour in September, so I stayed overnight on my birthday. Arrive at the facility early, play at the attached hot spring facility, and check in. The front desk staff looked at the accommodation list and learned that the day was my birthday and gave me a free drink ticket. The room was on the mountain side because I was alone, but it was large, clean and comfortable. The large communal bath is also relaxing while looking at the sea of Atami, and the amenities are substantial. The restaurant for dinner is also delicious and has a lot of fresh seafood. The beef tongue stew and foie gras ordered additionally are excellent. The opening of the breakfast cherry blossoms is thick and juicy. There are many attractive products for souvenirs. It was a hotel that made me think ”I want to stay” again.

Ara ... It is a couple who have long been raised. I wanted to see the fireworks of Atami and drive from Chiba Prefecture. I thought that it was a day trip, and I stayed in room 303 for one night. There was resistance to ”night stay”... There is a terrace of 6 tatami mats in the room (there is also a table & chair) I took a walk around Atami Station and bought sea and sake on the terrace slowly! The fireworks were also able to be appreciated by great power from the terrace (^-^) The room was clean, and the joint toilet, the bathroom bath, and the living room were very clean, and I think the cleaning is also going. Hot springs were also good hot water! There are only three washing places, but the stone tub is large. However, there are only ... large baths 1, so it is because men and women change in time. If you want to enjoy hot spring baths, It may be a little lacking. But there is a shower room available 24 o'clock on the different floor, so you can take a bath outside the time (however, it is not hot spring water) In the living room, instant coffee, tea, water, hot water, ice and tea ware were also free, so I made it here and drank in the room or drank while watching the scenery on the terrace of the living room. The owner and the staff were friendly and kind. It is an inn that I want to stay again (^^)

There is a very comfortable hot spring downstairs and the room can see the sea.
The hotel is on the mountain, a little far from the city, very quiet.
In the early morning,
The shivering clouds snuggled against each other
Like the reflection of the glass guardrail of the balcony
We were wrapped in quilts, holding cameras,
With a shivering hand frozen
Carefully hold the clouds and the morning light in the distance.
The sun is lifted by the sea. We return to our room.
”It's nice to get warm.”
“Not because of the sun, but because of the air conditioner.”
”Laughter, I'm going to record this.”
“Not just because of the air conditioner.”
The distant islands gradually became clear, and because the sun was too dazzling, it disappeared.

I was taken care of for one night in early June. I was lost to take a taxi on a heavy rainy day, but I can see it immediately after passing through Atami shopping street. I was surprised at the inn! It was good not to take a taxi (laughs) When I arrived at the inn, I felt that there was a day trip hot spring (using a large bath). The entrance lobby was large and there was a space where souvenir corners (stores) and beverages could be freely drunk. The room is said to be ... It is a new building, so it is the back of the building. I took the elevator to the third floor, and I felt very lost with the left, right and stairs (there is a guide to the room when you arrive) I rented a room called ”manten” in the new building. It is very large and comfortable. You can drink refrigerators and coffee cherry tea. We also have chocolate and Japanese confectionery sold at the store. Amenities are also available in POLA, and the bed is large and comfortable. The bath in the inner bath is outside! It feels a little hot. The season was not so cold outside in June, but it feels cold outside in winter. (It may be cold until it is soaked in hot water because the cherry blossoms are to some extent) The bath of Hinoki is hot with hot water flowers and wind flow. The scenery can see the house and the sea. It was very clean. Dinner is 6 o'clock (time can be selected) It was a cute woman from Burma who greeted me in front of the dining room. It feels like I stood and waited for dinner and breakfast. I was fluent in Japanese and was very friendly and polite. The dishes are Japanese and very delicious. It was good that there was no salt or amount left. The boiling of gold eye was also made well and delicious. Breakfast is served at 8 o'clock, dried food, hot tofu and salad to choose from... This was also good, and the rice cooked and the water were good. I changed it because it was delicious! The master said, ”Rice is delicious” if it is not a koshihikari from Minami Uonuma! (the inn provided Yamagata rice is very delicious) One unfortunate thing is that G comes out of the gap of the lion of the inner hot water (bug) I entered the room. I called the front desk and asked for a * insect spray, and I did not crush it well, but ... it was a little scorched because it was big. I think it was very good. I answered the questionnaire and received the bathing agent of this inn (laughs) I want to see you again next time. Thank you.

It has a shared toilet and a Japanese-style room, and you have to make your own bed. It has the flavor of local travel in Japan! You can watch Atami Beach and the sunrise from the rooftop terrace, which is beautiful. It is very inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the mountain. It is recommended to take a taxi, but it is not far from the beach and shopping street, but the entire Atami is on a slope. If you know how to use it, checking in without anyone is actually quite convenient.

I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with a pack with breakfast. As on HP, I was able to overlook the city of Atami and Sagami Bay from the room. The renovated room was spacious 々 and lighting was devised in various ways. There were many kinds of buffet breakfast and I was satisfied. Generally speaking, it was a good inn in Cospa, but unfortunately, as a hotel, I felt that it was a noisy accommodation with few stars that I couldn't feel the style. I think the staff's response, cooking, facilities and facilities are good, but ... I'm sorry. Personally, I think the lobby that becomes the face of the hotel is a problem. It is a lobby with a space of 々, so why not renovate it into a more stately lobby? Then I think the impression of the customer is different.

GGuest UserThis homestay is owned by a lady from Northeast China and her Japanese husband. The lady was very friendly and introduced many precautions and classic tourist attractions in Atami to us before we checked in. But we were just transiting in Atami, and it was a pity that we didn't go to the places recommended by the owner's sister. We will definitely go there again later! !
The room is very big! ! ! ! ! ! It can accommodate 15 people! ! The room is very Japanese, and the structure is cleverly designed. It is like a Chinese garden with a different view at every step. It is a very special experience. There is also a hot spring bath on the first floor, but the lights inside are dim, which is a bit scary. Of course, there is also a bathtub in the room.
Watch TV with the projector on at night and fall asleep steadily. It is really comfortable to sit by the window and watch the sun shining on the sea in the morning! !
GGuest UserVery good experience, the check-in process is relatively simple. The room is very clean, the overall facilities look very new, the room faces the sea, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the Atami Bay from a distance when you get up, very comfortable.
The beverage bar on the first floor will be replenished in time, and there are actually staff to help solve any problems.
The bathhouse on B1 is not crowded, and it is also very clean. It is very comfortable to take a bath after a day of fun.
There is a rooftop on the top floor where you can lie on the net bed to watch the stars. There is even a party room, children's books and office cubicles on the second floor, which is really thoughtful.
Nnorisan393The appearance was old, but the room was renovated and the inside was beautiful. There are also 3 private hot springs ♨️ and the children are very satisfied. Apart from that, there is also a large public bath where you can relax. As you can see on the hotel website, there is no convenience store nearby, but there is a free happy hour until 17:00, so you can get drunk before dinner. It's the best hotel for families.
GGuest UserBecause it is near ”MuddyCat” that I wanted to go, there is a tablet terminal at the entrance, and the face is initially registered, and the password and the room number are sent to the email. Take a picture of your face on a tablet and enter your password. There was no person at the front desk and it was unmanned. Payment is PayPay (QR code is at the front desk) or it seems to be a way to put cash in the envelope. If you rent a towel or toothbrush at another price, you will pay the same (there was) I didn't find a sleeping clothes, so you should bring it. (if you didn't put it, there was 100 in Max Valley) There was no kitchen, but there was a refrigerator and microwave. The facilities were clean.
GGuest UserI use it many times. Is it because of power saving, some of the electricity in the corridor is not lit and the whole is dim. When you enter the room, it is dim because the electricity at the entrance is not lit at all. Is the light bulb cut? Is it power saving? I dropped something under the bed, so I looked for it, and there was a lot of dust. Indeed, it is hard to clean up to the bottom of the bed every time, but it is not good. In addition, the wall of the Japanese style room is a mystery stain. When I try to sleep in the middle of the night, it is like a dodo? The sound like a certain interval or thin, and it is heard from anywhere, and it is worried that it does not sleep. The tatami mats in the Japanese style room were not cleaned very much, and the garbage fell to 々. The futon was also sleek overall and I didn't feel very clean, so I used a lot of deodorant. The bath was empty and I was able to enter slowly. The cherry blossoms about dinner were hard to eat. The voice of the man in charge of the hall (like an overseas trainee) was small and hard to hear.
GGuest User2Stayed on the first day of the three consecutive holidays in the month. 2 I thought about it a week ago and looked for an inn, but there was nowhere (apart from the stupid high place), it was almost the only choice. It is a big hotel with a transfer bus from the station. It was close to Manyo Park and so on. There is also a convenience store in front of you. Dinner was delicious and the best except for the iron plate baking of pork roses and the western style pot (this 2 goods were better not. In terms of quality, not quantity.). The bath is not good or not necessary. It was a Japanese room, so it was normal to come to lay a futon, but when I told the front desk, I was saved because I could pass the 「 service 」 and be free by myself. Breakfast was good level on average, but the richness of the type is a surprise level. It may not be able to eat even if it stays for a long time in the feeling that there is nothing in the Japanese and Western countries. It is a recommended inn.
GGuest UserI used it on a group trip at work. I enjoyed it for the price. Buildings and facilities are small 々 old. I felt like a building in the early Heisei period. The large communal bath is very large and there is also a sauna. The amount of hot water was large and I was able to relax because it was soaked. The Roman bath was luxurious, but it is undeniable that it is aging. The banquet in the hall was of good quality, good quantity, and all-you-can-drink. I confirmed the bath tax at check-out, but I received a phone call saying that I forgot to charge it at a later date, and although it was a small amount, it made the aftertaste worse.
Overall, it's worth the price and I have no complaints. It includes all-you-can-drink, so it's a good deal for people who drink. As they claim, the buffet is not very varied, with frozen food and side dishes for commercial use. It was 90 minutes, but not many people were at the table that long. Personally, I think it was good that we didn't eat too much. I think it would be fine to stay overnight, but it's quite high up in the mountains and there are no shops nearby, so it may be inconvenient if you don't have a car. The indoor bath is boiled water. Only the small open-air bath is hot spring water. The private open-air bath, which opens at 11am on the day of your stay, costs 700 yen for 45 minutes. This was also a hot spring, which was nice. Because it's a reasonable price, there are many different types of customers, but since we stayed on a Saturday at this time of year, there were only a few customers who could eat a limited amount, so there was almost no stress in the public spaces. There was probably a small child in the next room. Footsteps running around. Their bodies hitting the wall could be heard directly through the bed. When waiting for the elevator, you could hear the voices of young people talking as if they were right there... I suspect the walls are quite thin.
You can't make a reservation from the homepage, but you have to make a reservation from a site such as Rakuten Travel Kajaran. There is always a pick-up at the station and a drop-off on the way back. The manager came to the car on the way home and said hello. It was a polite send-off. The building looks old, but the rooms are spacious and the tatami mats are beautiful. I could see the sea in the distance from the window. You can choose a yukata. Dinner in the room. dining room in the morning. There were many young couples. The abalone for dinner was soft and steamed. I like crunchy raw, but this is delicious. The sashimi is from the ground. The grilled spiny lobster was delicious even with miso. The hot spring is not big, probably because it is separated from the jacuzzi. It was enough because I just entered the vacant time. I don't know if it's smooth after one or two times, but it was moist and warm. All the staff were kind and it was a homey inn. Souvenir homemade alfonsino opening was very delicious
KKunduSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
