"The room types offered online by Trip.com are not associated with the hotel. The room type I booked should have an open-air bath, but the hotel records do not indicate it. Since it is Japan's Golden Week, the hotel is full and cannot provide this room type. After negotiation, the hotel solved the problem very well and had a good attitude! Worth a thumbs up. The public hot spring is good, offering hair essence and iced wheat tea.
The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Rather stilted. But we were traveling by car, so it was okay! It's only about a 15-minute walk from the beach where the fireworks are released."

AAdam_HKSARI chose to stay in this low-key hotel on the mountain in Atami City. Although I had to take a taxi to get in and out, I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel and my room after checking in. The scenery outside is very beautiful, there is a private onsen in the room, and the hotel services and facilities are impeccable. You can go to the lounge to have a drink, eat snacks and watch the sunset before dinner!
The hotel’s dinner serves Japanese food presented to guests in a French style. The menu can be fine-tuned according to each guest’s taste requirements and will be signed off by the responsible waiter for confirmation! With such serious service, you will definitely be satisfied with breakfast and dinner!
Three days and two nights accommodation, great value for money service and enjoyment!

The Kaiseki dinner was delicious, and the staff member who provided service in Chinese was very enthusiastic. The hotel is right by the ocean, so you can take a stroll along the coast, enjoying the beautiful sea views and watching the sunrise and sunset. There are also yachts docked nearby. It's within walking distance to Atami's pedestrian street, with a wide variety of restaurants close by. Plus, there's a free shuttle service from Atami Station to the hotel. I really love this hotel and would definitely visit again if I have the chance!

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

I barely ran into any staff or other guests during check-in or throughout the hotel, which made it feel very quiet, almost a bit eerie due to the lack of people. I walked to the hotel from the shopping street, and it was a very steep hill. With the rain and my luggage, it was quite a struggle on foot. I'd recommend a taxi if you're not driving. It's very close to the station, so using a ride-sharing app makes getting around super smooth. Apparently, there are bugs in the summer. Personally, I was delighted that there was a ping-pong table. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance!

MMC ShiThe hotel is close to the station. Just a few minutes walk. If you like to try the Japanese style hotel with in room dining, this is a good choice with reasonable price.
The hotel staffs are friendly and can speak good English.
The have public spa and also private spa. If you not get used to go public spa or has tattoo can’t go to the public one. You can book a small private spa for 40 minute each time. When booking, check the bath facilities. Because some room does not provide bathing facilities.
I would stay again if I am in Atami.

I think it was because the leftover food was left on the table instead of being cleared away, but I think they should do something about it.

GGuest UserI stayed at this guesthouse in Atami last December and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is quite convenient, as it’s close to Atami Station. There is a short uphill walk to reach the guesthouse, but it’s still manageable.
Overall, I would rate the guesthouse 8/10. The main thing to note is that, as it’s a guesthouse, the bathroom and toilet are shared. There is also an onsen available on-site, though it requires an additional fee (which is not expensive). The onsen operates on a time schedule since it’s shared between male and female guests.
The host was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t really get the chance to use facilities like the dining area or the rooftop, but the dining area has a balcony with a nice sea view, which looked great.
Another big plus is that the guesthouse is within walking distance of Atami Heiwa-dōri Shopping Street, making it very convenient for food and shopping.

GGuest UserI didn't have high expectations after looking at the Ctrip score, but many hotels were fully booked that night for the fireworks display, so I came to this hotel. It was actually OK.
The room is not small, the terrace is super large, you can see the sea, but it is blocked by high-voltage wires.
It's not far from Atami Station to the room, 10 minutes away, but you have to walk up the stairs or take an S-shaped road, which is a bit painful to carry a suitcase.
There is no bathroom in the room, only a public bath. There are very few people and it is almost reserved.
When I checked in at around 6:30, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call them to come out. It was a bit strange. And they also stipulated that the door is locked from 11pm to 6am the next day and no one can enter or leave.
