"An absolutely amazing experience! It's just a 5-minute walk from Atami Station and also 5 minutes from the beach, making the location incredibly convenient. The room was exactly like the pictures, even better in person – very spacious and clean. The proprietress was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with a lot of help. On the day we left, she even drove us to the station. It was a perfectly wonderful stay, so much so that I'd come back to Atami just for this inn! Highly recommend!"

Guest UserThis was by far the best hotel in terms of facilities during our nine-day, eight-night trip. The rooms were spacious, the amenities brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It really made up for the rainy day we had in Atami; even staying cooped up in the hotel felt worthwhile. Since it was just the beginning of summer, it wasn't peak season when we checked in, and due to the excellent privacy, we hardly saw any other guests except at breakfast. This was my first time using a hotel's laundry facilities, and the experience was perfect 💯. The only minor downside was finding hair in the breakfast. After contacting Trip.com customer service, the breakfast fee was refunded, which I consider a very satisfactory resolution. I also want to commend their customer service: my child's tablet was left at our previous hotel in Shizuoka, and the customer service team arranged for it to be shipped to our next hotel for next-day delivery. Very professional and efficient!

The private bath in my room is excellent, I can enjoy both the day and night views while bathing in the hot spring in my room!

Guest UserThe hotel is a convenient 5-10 minute walk from the station, and it's also easy to get to Ginza Takeshita Street. I highly recommend Kakiemon Skewers there. The rooms are spacious, each with a sea view, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. Although the breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge variety, if you stay for two consecutive nights, you get a complimentary special drink.

YishuangxiuhuaxieThis hotel is located on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Atami, and it's quite spacious inside. The rooms are clean, tidy, and hygienic. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Plus, there's a hot spring bath to enjoy. It's a peaceful and serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering mountains, water, great food, drinks, and hot springs. I'm already planning to return to Atami New Akasaka next time!

It seemed like there were many experienced staff members.
They even replaced our used towels, which was great, especially since I went to the hot springs multiple times and always had a dry towel.
The foot bath was crowded, so I couldn't use it, but it looked nice.
I was able to relax on the courtyard sofa with a drink.
The large public bath was also great; the big thermometer clearly showed the temperature, and there were drinks available in the changing room.
The sleepwear was pajama-style with elastic waistbands on the bottoms, so I could relax without worrying about them coming undone.
The room also had a sink, which was very useful for washing things like water bottles.
My kids enjoyed being able to watch a variety of TV channels.
The security was also very thorough, which was a plus.
My only regret is that due to the bad weather this time, I couldn't go to the observation deck/rooftop, so I'd like to visit it next time.

MC ShiThe hotel is close to the station. Just a few minutes walk. If you like to try the Japanese style hotel with in room dining, this is a good choice with reasonable price.
The hotel staffs are friendly and can speak good English.
The have public spa and also private spa. If you not get used to go public spa or has tattoo can’t go to the public one. You can book a small private spa for 40 minute each time. When booking, check the bath facilities. Because some room does not provide bathing facilities.
I would stay again if I am in Atami.

I used this hotel for a trip with my girlfriend.
The view, service, and amenities were all wonderful.
The bathroom in the room was especially large and very nice.
The amenities were all high-quality, and it was fun trying them all out. For this location and price, with a private bathroom in the room, I think it's a great deal!

I stayed at this guesthouse in Atami last December and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is quite convenient, as it’s close to Atami Station. There is a short uphill walk to reach the guesthouse, but it’s still manageable.
Overall, I would rate the guesthouse 8/10. The main thing to note is that, as it’s a guesthouse, the bathroom and toilet are shared. There is also an onsen available on-site, though it requires an additional fee (which is not expensive). The onsen operates on a time schedule since it’s shared between male and female guests.
The host was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t really get the chance to use facilities like the dining area or the rooftop, but the dining area has a balcony with a nice sea view, which looked great.
Another big plus is that the guesthouse is within walking distance of Atami Heiwa-dōri Shopping Street, making it very convenient for food and shopping.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. We stayed two nights and loved how spacious our room was. The private onsen overlooking the ocean was incredible and clean - the water seems to run continuously so it is always at the perfect temperature. The service was excellent and the staff either spoke English or used a pocket translator. Masa and his team were kind hosts explained all our food courses in delightful detail. The Japanese breakfast was incredibly good and authentic. We even got to meet the sous chef who explained some dishes and was so sweet. The dinners were multicourse and French style with truly impressive in-room service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is quite far from Atami Station; walking involves continuous uphill climbing, and taking the shortcut involves climbing a long flight of stairs, making it inconvenient for carrying luggage. A taxi ride of about 1 kilometer costs a starting fare of 680 yen. The hotel offers a free shuttle service in the morning and afternoon. The room balcony offers a sea view, though there are electrical wires providing some shade. The hotel offers free onsen (hot spring), and charges for ping pong, mahjong, and karaoke. This time I stayed in a tatami room; the room had a toilet, but the bathroom was a shared one, connected to the onsen.
