Services are very good. Great location very near Atami Station with great sea wide. Unluckily while we were staying there was a new hotel construction nearby which made the view look less beautiful. The hotel is very old need some innovations which will make customers feel better especially the hot spring bathroom.

It is a very nice hotel with convenient transportation and a strong Showa style. It has a private bath and a good public bath. The harbor is right outside the room window. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea view. The service is very good and attentive. Highly recommended.

Take the Shinkansen from the Atami Station exit, pass through the shopping street and then the traffic lights. It takes a 3-minute walk uphill to get to the hotel. I like hotels close to the station the most.

The location is about a 2-minute walk from Atami Station. The room has a sea view. The kineye sea bream for dinner is excellent. The breakfast is average. The hot spring is comfortable and the staff is good.
