"The only thing good about this hostel is location. I stayed few days there. I saw housekeeping not really done properly, room not vacuumed, shower cream not replaced, everything on the shared table in the room was dumped, even a plate! Charging point not working in most bed. Kitchen only have one microwave, 3 fridges but don’t put your things in there, because there were thieves who steal food! Check in after 7pm is a messed and chaos few days ago, or everyday I not sure. System down, people queueing not because business was too good. Was told it happened daily."

"Friendly Staff and Great Tips for Visiting Venice We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Centrale. What really made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They kindly explained to us the easiest way to visit Venice without driving into the city. Instead of driving and paying expensive parking fees in Venice (which can be at least €25 or more), they suggested taking Bus 7 or 7E, which goes directly to Venice with the last stop near the main area. The journey only takes about 20 minutes, making it very convenient. They also recommended a nearby parking area costing around €12, which saved us quite a bit. The hotel itself is comfortable and practical. The room was a good size with everything we needed, including a nice hot shower after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, and the hotel seems quite popular. There is also a little shop just next door so you can just buy whatever that you need. The surrounding town is simple, but the hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Venice. We also appreciated that dogs are allowed, which made traveling with our pet much easier. Overall, the friendly service and helpful local advice made a big difference to our stay."

"My experience at Hotel Vienna made my trip to Venice even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to the train and tram stations, yet peacefully quiet. The staff were all very kind, and I loved the breakfast, especially the fresh salads. In particular, Monica was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with all the information we needed with such kindness. Thanks to her, I think I will cherish the memories of this hotel and my time in Venice for a long while. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future and see her there once more!"

"What a pleasant surprise! Location is great only 5 minutes walk from train station. There is one bridge to walk over, easy enough to do with a luggage bag and depending on the time of day/night there are baggage porters at the station whom can take the luggage for a small fee (approximately $5 per bag) Rooms smaller in size approx 19sqm fitted a Queen and single just enough room to accommodate our minimal time spent in it mostly sleeping as we were out and about exploring anything and everything. No view but window could open and the AC worked well. Small TV and the shower over bath was a bonus also had body wash and hand wash, towels with heated towel rack. Again small but enough for what we needed. View rooms also available. Level 1 and 2 have stairs (no lift) but the staff will assist if you ask however everyone including us took our own luggage. Great checkin and then meet Angel the following morning whom was able to extend us for two more nights and keep us in the same room. The breakfast was ample consisting of tea/coffee,juice, fruits,pastries,bread with options to toast,deli plate hams,cheeses,tomatoes and the usual Nutella,Jams etc my favourite yogurt and granola/oats. Best of all location,get a 24,48 or longer public boat pass to use throughout your stay and also takes you to Murano and Burano. Location,Location,Location!"

"The location is convenient. The front desk staff was very nice and arranged everything for me. The hotel is always very historical, so the facilities are relatively old, but overall it is clean. It is a good choice."

"It was the most trashy hotel of my life. It was my first time staying in a room that didn't even have basic air conditioning and a refrigerator, and it ruined my vacation mood. It was smelly and dirty."

"The hotel is newly opened this year; the rooms are new and clean, and each has a balcony with plenty of natural light. Drinking water and slippers are provided in the rooms, which is quite unusual in European hotels; most don't offer these. The owner is Chinese and incredibly hospitable. The Sichuan restaurant next door is part of the same business as the hotel, and the food is excellent. I ate there during my stay; it was very affordable, and the owner even gave me a discount. On my last day, my train was at 5 PM, and after dinner, the owner told me to just wait in the restaurant and even gave me a complimentary coffee. It was truly incredibly kind and touching. The hotel's location is superb, just 30 meters from the train station. Staying on the mainland is definitely the best option when traveling to Venice, as the island is not only more expensive but also has older buildings. Furthermore, a Venice pass includes round-trip train tickets between the mainland and the main island. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent, especially for Chinese tourists; it's like being at home!"

"Staying on a higher floor is recommended, as the ground floor seems to be a bar or something similar, and it gets quite noisy. The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. There are also several good Chinese restaurants nearby. I took a walk around the neighborhood one evening and ended up in a community that seemed to have a lot of Black residents. It's probably best not to wander around there at night."

"We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend  but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. I would be choosing this hotel again next on my visit to Venice. As we don’t like the crowded places the location is great, rooms are clean and nice nothing old or not cleaned. 10 minutes from Venice by bus 5. Bus stop outside the hotel literally. Same bus can take you from airport to hotel and back. Buy 72 hours tkt in the hotel and you can use it for murano burano and for buses with train. Price is 45€. In general ana amazing price experience good food in the hotel. 100% suggest it."
