Overall a great stay for me and my family! Great check in process! It was smooth and fast! We got a Family Room and it is furnished exactly as shown in the photos. The food was decent. The location is absolutely fantastic. It is only a 1 min walk to Mestre Station where you can board the train into Venice Island. The few minor issues we had were the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste when we first check in, turns out we have to ask for them as they're not given immediately. And also there were no kettle to boil water to make coffee or tea, which is a surprising given that this is a 4-star hotel, however, it is not a major problem for us and it is still a 10/10 recommendation to stay at this hotel.

Amazing location not so far from Venice . Good price best we found in this area in high season for 3 person and pet . . Free parking near bungalow, so no time wasting or carry bags . Amazing pizza at the bar , with very affordable price . Nice stuff fast check in . Bungalow was clean and comfortable all was really better than we expected . Outside you can have private dinner with family because there is dining table . Sadly only 1 night was available . Hotel fully booked . Recommend for family and who has pet and who need time to rest away from the city . One of the best options we found . Big pool . Big area of the hotel. Is so quite . So we rest after long travel . Also at the hotel Laundry and shop . Nothing was missing . Bus shuttle to Venice was also good surprise . It took us in and back fast . Who need good option . Try it 😍😍😍

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

My boyfriend and I were flying back in from another trip and needed a place to stay near Venice Airport so he could catch his flight the next morning. I read reviews online and this hotel had the best reviews for the price and was only 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean, even elegant and the staff was friendly and available. We got in around 2030 and got food at 2100. The pizza was good, the desert was amazing and the service was friendly and quick. The room itself and clean and comfortable. The shower was larger than any other we had over the week and good soap was provided in a dispenser in the shower. Nice large towels and plenty of amenities, to include a free water and coffee pods for the machine. The only thing I didn't like was being able to hear people outside until at least midnight. We were 5 floors up and the sidewalks were full and the noise wasn't terrible, but could definitely be heard for a few hours. That isn't the hotels fault, but it wasn't a quiet rest to start the night, and we needed to wake by 0515 for his flight. Overall, the hotel was definitely worth the price paid and a good, safe place to stay. I would say, if parking is available on the street behind, take it, but we parked in the parking garage next door and got a 20% discount card from the hotel. Specific designated parking would have been nice, too.

A shady motorhome spot meant that after a hard day in the heat , the van was fine. Such a relief in hot weather! And grateful for the pool too which did the job though busy. Clean facilities, helpful staff, great bin system. Tara's advice is good. I would only add if you are only getting a bus and one vaporetto return, wait and buy 2 singles in Venice for €15 rather than a €21 runaround ticket, saves a few $.

We stayed at the Hotel Panorama for a long weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The taxi transport from the airport was seamless even though we were a bit worried about having to get the boat to the Lido very late in the evening. The hotel was very welcoming and our room was lovely, large and very comfortable with a sea view across the bay. Breakfast was plentiful and very relaxed and the weather was warm enough to have coffee on the terrace which was a welcome bonus. The hotel reception team arranged a free trip to Murano which was facinating and they also organised a private water taxi tour around Venice which was well worth it. They are so friendly & knowledgeable. The hotel was also within waking distance to some lovely restaurants and we walked to the beaches which took about 10 minutes and was worth it. The hotel is also directly opposite the water bus station so it made it so easy for getting about. It was nice to come back to a quieter area in the evening with the most amazing views. All in all a very lovely weekend. Thankyou!

Very Middle Eastern style hotel. Newly renovated, probably due to the relationship of the Venice Film Festival, the overall price is on the high side. I arrived at the store at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and I didn't check in until 5 o'clock. Started taking me to a very small room with a door to the connecting room. There is no balcony, which is completely different from the hotel pictures provided by Ctrip. I specially chose a large room, but when I went to the front desk of the hotel, they said they didn't know where I booked it from. I showed them pictures from Ctrip, and they said it was a sea view room, and the price was different. I communicated with the hotel myself, and the hotel coordinated and changed my room with a very arrogant attitude. Lido has a good view of the Adriatic Sea, and the beach is full of shells, so you can't go into the sea. So be it, will not live again. Ctrip's agent is too misleading, and the picture is not the actual room type picture of the hotel at all. Ctrip did not reply any follow-up. A Coke costs 10 Euros and a Tramisu 15 Euros. After check-in, you can take the hotel's boat to San Marco for free for 20 minutes, but you can't bring luggage. You can only call a taxi for 100 Euros with luggage.

The hotel is perfectly placed if you want the beach as it is opposite a fabulous public/free beach but with the option to purchase umbrellas, food, drinks etc if you want. You have a view of the beach/sea at breakfast. Also the roof terrace has sea views one way and sunset views the other which is fab! Claudio who serves at the roof terrace is an absolute joy. Reception is 24hours and staff were friendly and helpful. It's a 20 minute walk to the waterbus stop which takes you to Venice, Murano etc but the walk to the stop is alongside the sea or the Venice lagoon so is pretty special. We bought a weekly ticket for the waterbus to Venice etc at 65€ each which we thought worked out to be good value. There is a fabulous pool area nearby and 'pay for' beach which is pricey but we thought pretty good value at 12€ each for a sunbed without an umbrella at the pool or 48€ for two with padded sunbed, umbrella and table. There's a nice snack bar so you can stay all day. If you want the 'best of both worlds' Lido is ideal. We loved the calm after a busy morning exploring and sightseeing and an afternoon on the beach or by the pool was perfect for us. At first I was disappointed there were shutters at the windows and no view but it got very hot so I was glad of the air con and shutters on returning from sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. If you want sea views pay the extra. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet with lots of choice. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Tips: sit on a bench and watch the sun set over Venice/Venice lagoon. Visit Claudio on the roof terrace and enjoy a drink (and snacks) with a view.

Good standard hotel opposite Mestre station. Frequented mainly by international clients. Excellent staff very fast chekinn, quick breakfast with a good cappuccino. Convenient location to reach the city of Venice. Condigliato
