BW Premier Collection CHC Continental

Good location, near train station and no need to cross any bridge, the hotel was beside the Grand canal. The room was comfortable and the service was very nice, all staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb!

The hotel’s location is truly excellent and one of its strongest advantages, offering easy access to key attractions and a beautiful overall setting in Venice. However, there are several important concerns: • The room price is extremely high compared to the value provided • Cleanliness is average and below expectations • The room size is very small • The bed is uncomfortable and needs replacement • The bedding is worn out and requires renewal Overall, the experience did not meet expectations given the high price, and I hope the management considers improving the room quality to better match the rates charged.

Very nice places to stay I love it very much must come back again

A bit disappointed when I realised that my room wasn’t facing the canal as shown in the pictures. However, the service at the breakfast area was excellent. The staff was very attentive and even offered to move our coffee and food when we decided to move outdoor for pictures. The room was clean. The location was perfect as it is very near train station. Still a pleasant stay in this property.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably. The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile. Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything. Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

Location was excellent!!!! It’s close to the station. If you have a big suitcase, I highly recommend you to book this hotel. Stuffs were kind. There were some amenities which was nice.
