Lara RiBest hostel I’ve stayed at. Super comfy beds and large space. Everything was great! Curtains would’ve been nice. Laundry was good but 2 of the dryers were broken so it took a few hours to do my laundry cos there were a lot of people waiting. But it was only €4 for wash then €4 for dry! They had great social events so it was easy to meet people + to pop in and out of the laundry room while you’re waiting. Location was right by the station. Would definitely stay again!!! The tiny “free pasta” portionswith a drink is a bit silly, I tried to order a water/ juice/ tea and the bartender was like that is not a drink… (which it arguably is)

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Guest UserThe room was a bit small. It's located on the new island, about a 10-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Venice and other major attractions, which includes going up and down bridges. Luckily, the paths on the new island are very smooth with no steps, making it easy to pull luggage. The hotel is popular and clean. Overall, I think it's probably more convenient than staying on the main island and lugging your bags around, and it's much closer than staying in the city center.

XiaomaishiThe room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully!
On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance!
The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

Guest UserI received a message from the store in advance, explaining the route in detail. Take bus No. 2 from the train station and get off at the stop before the Riya Tow Bridge. After getting off the bus, follow the instructions and walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. Go to the second floor to complete the check-in formalities and then work. Staff took 10 minutes to walk to the apartment. Our room is on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and a washing machine. The apartment is not in a busy area and is very quiet. It's a few minutes' walk to the river, very convenient. There is a market by the river in the morning where you can buy ingredients, and the seafood is fresh and cheap. Although prices are high in Venice, it is very cheap to buy water and food from supermarkets and markets.

Simple but clean hotel. Staff is also kind. It was close to the station and 20 minutes walk from the real bridge, so it was easy to sightsee.
I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, but I was a little scared that it would be stolen because I just left it next to the receptionist, but it was okay.
In the room, there was a shower room, TV, refrigerator, valuable box, kettle, coffee and tea.
Check out was easy because I only left the key on the desk in the room.

Guest UserTraveling with my parents, we chose to stay here while visiting Venice. This campsite offers a different experience from traditional hotels. You can cook your own meals, as they provide kitchenware and utensils, and there's no extra charge for parking. The premium cabin can accommodate five people and has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is very convenient. A heads-up: you'll need to take a ticket at the machine when checking in at the front desk, and the stove requires a igniter (you'll find it in the cupboard). While the campsite and cabins show their age, the value for money is truly excellent.

Our final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. Good shower. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator. So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner.

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
