"No kitchen in the hotel! Its wrong description. Cannot cook at all. There is only one microwave for all the hotel guest. Have to wait for at least half hour during dinner time. The room is with basic equipment. There has been a lot of comments mentioned that the hotel got bed bugs, has been worried for few nights but luckily didnt found them during the stay. You can try it for short stay but not long."

"The location is superb, making it ideal for anyone attending the Biennale. The staff provided excellent service. I arrived at 11:00 AM, and although the room wasn't ready yet, I was able to store my luggage. A friendly gentleman at the front desk even filled my water bottle with sparkling water, and an older manager pulled out a paper map of Venice to personally show me the must-see attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, and right outside the door was the open sea. In the morning, after breakfast, I could step right out and enjoy a peaceful, private stretch of the sea."

The room was modern and comfortable, the breakfast varied and the hotel a hidden gem. The staff are accommodating and nothing is beyond their reach. Yes, you are not on the main island, but you are only a 20 minute ride away as you experience life on the water. If you have a few days in Venice, I would highly recommend this hotel as you stay in comfort and affordability away from the expensive traps of the main island."
