GGuest UserThe hotel is dreamy. Although it is not on the main island of Venice, you can easily reach St. Mark's Square by taking the hotel's private ferry. The hotel has a beautiful garden.

GGuest UserThe hospitality was excellent; they were very accommodating even though I only spoke basic English. You can only book a reservation by phone or by going directly to the front desk, but I highly recommend using the shuttle service for airport transfers. It's €15 for two people one-way and gets you to and from the airport quickly. In other cities, it's common to pay over €10 per person and take over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel, but this hotel is less than a 10-minute ride. Getting to Venice is also very convenient, taking about 20 minutes by bus. The public road to the bus stop is a bit difficult to walk on, though. The interior design is quite stylish and very clean. There isn't a refrigerator, but the air conditioning works great, and I enjoyed the wide variety of teas among the amenities. Even without the 'rose-tinted glasses' of Venice's own charm, this was a fantastic hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

彭彭The hotel is on the island of Lido, quiet and open, much more comfortable than living in the main island of Venice, and the price is super high. Lido is about ten minutes from San Marco Square by waterbus. The room is very quiet, and it also has a Bluetooth speaker. The phone can play its own music when connected to the whole room. This time I ordered breakfast, the dining environment was very small and fresh. The downside was that the breakfast category was not very rich. Hot drinks and hot foods (scrambled eggs or something) had to tell the waiter that she would deliver it later, instead of having an area to pick it up.

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

GGuest UserThe shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

2. The hotel is classically decorated, with an front courtyard and a backyard, and it is also close to the sea and the church.
3. Breakfast is OK, there is bacon without fried eggs is not happy.
On rainy days, there are not many places to visit this island.
5. Take a boat for 5 minutes to the main island, 9.5 Europe, at least more cost-effective than the 10 square hotel on the main island with 800 RMB.
