"My stay at Ashley Tanah Abang was overall very pleasant. The hotel has a modern, minimalist design, and the environment is clean and comfortable, giving it a high-quality feel. The room size was just right, the bed was comfortable, and the hygiene details were well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Tanah Abang business district, making dining and shopping very accessible. It's also relatively easy to get to various city attractions and malls. The surrounding area offers great amenities, and there are plenty of local food options available in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the overall quality was good, and the taste was satisfactory."

"I stayed in their capsule hotel on the 9th floor of the hotel building, and it was beyond my expectation. The place was very clean (floor, bathroom). They have 18 pods in total, with 5:shared bathrooms which were super clean. Towel, dental kit and slipper were provided. Soap was in the every bathroom. The pod was cool, opened only with card. im 162cm and can sit comfortably on the bed and still have around 20cm space above my head to the pod's ceiling. Inside the pod there were tv (which i didnt use), mirror with light, reading light, socket, headphones, and 2 aircon ventilation. Also the price is include breakfast, which is nice. The bed was a bit thin but other things there were perfect. Other good things is they have swimming pool."

"This is my first time booking at this hotel and I stayed for 3 nights. It feels like a 3.5 stars hotel but they claim to be a 5 stars hotel. If you follow my reviews you'd know that I rate, review and critic honestly and professionally. At this hotel I got the Bulgari Suite. I'd the suites was 4.5 stars, customer service is 5 stars, but the hotel I'd place it a 3.2 stars based on followings: - Reception: very friendly, helpful, polite and customer service is a 5 stars hotel experience. The customer experience manager and Flo are highly trained and professional. That was above excellent because of those 2 ladies. - Lobby and vibe: I wouldn't give it a 5 stars because this hotel honestly isn't 5 stars. It's clean but outdated, it feels like a 5 stars lobby from the 1980s if even. - Rooms: depending on the room you book. If you book the standard rooms, you'll get a a 2.5 - 3 stars feeling (not 5 stars). If you book middle - high range rooms, you'll definitely get your money's worth. All rooms are moderately specious (30 - 45 sqm). Rooms are clean, beds are also clean with fresh smelling pillows and they are well prepared and feel right at home. - Restaurants & Cafes: the breakfast includes standard Continental, Western, Local and East/Soutth Asian and Middle Eastern (a bit of everything). The food quality isn't close to 5 stars (it's NOT the fault of staff), the quality isn't there to claim 5 stars. Plates, glasses, cutlery are stained (NOT from staff), it's because of the dishwashers they use mostly outdated. Also worth mentioning, the quality of guests isn't 5 stars (no political correctness), guests cut lines, poor table mannerism, loud laughing etc. The hotel attracts a below middle class guests. - Gym & Pool: the gym is excellent, they have a smith machine, cable machine, dumbbells, free weights and cardio machines. Typically everything you need for a workout. However, they close at 7pm (unless high season) because they saving power as described on a sign in front of the gym. So, gym and pool, close at 7pm to save power. - Location: you're close to Chinatown and relatively to the airport and Ancol, and everything including tourist places are within 15-30 min drive from the hotel. - The Hotel in General: I've visited and reviewed close to 500 hotels throughout the years and I can say that for this hotel claim 5 stars is a very long shot. A total renovation would even put it a 4 stars. - Summary: you'll definitely get your money's worth at this hotel if you book the Bulgari suites. Otherwise, not worth it if you're looking for a 5 stars stay. I'd take my hat off for the staff, I respect and highly rate each of them, but the hotel itself I'd place it at 2.5 stars. However, if you don't care about the 5 stars claim, this hotel would be good for you. I liked being in the room, gym, pool, chatting with the amazing staff, but disliked everything else about this hotel. Poor foid quality, 2 stars guests quality, not a location I prefer, the restaurant hygiene is poor, the lift is slow, weekend sometimes they have events and the whole hotel feels like a Sunday market with low quality guests. Therefore, my issue with this hotel is they claim a 5 stars that isn't provided by any ISO or anyone but the hotel itself and maybe government connections as such behaviour is common in South East Asia. Lastly, would I go back? No!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim. The hotel is strategically located in the city center, making it very convenient to access shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping everything neat throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, which was satisfying. Overall, Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim offers good value for money and is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient Jakarta location."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient for trips to Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City, and Plaza Indonesia. It's a mini-hotel with a strategic location. My only minor criticisms are that the bedsheets had quite a few stains and the towels weren't fresh-smelling, in fact, they had a slightly damp odor. The bed was large, but the middle part wasn't very comfortable because it felt like two twin beds pushed together to form a double. The security staff were friendly and efficient, and the reception and room service were also welcoming. The room was cool with a perfectly functioning air conditioner. Please keep serving Excelso coffee; you don't find that in many other budget hotels. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel near Grand Indonesia."

"I’ve stayed at Somerset Sudirman Jakarta four or five times already, and I truly love this place. Not only is the location excellent, but the service is also outstanding. This time, as soon as I walked into my room, I was warmly welcomed with a handwritten card and a small gift from the hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also ordered room service, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone at the hotel is incredibly kind and welcoming. I will definitely come back and stay here again!"

Plaza indonesia and grand plaza just within 5 mins walking distances. And plus 2 more minutes to bundaran HI historical landmark bundaran HI Bank Jakarta comuter station."
