"I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel felt like an escape room – we booked a deluxe room, and it surprisingly had no window, which wasn't stated anywhere. The air quality was terrible with a strong renovation smell. The bathroom had no hairdryer, and while it had a wet/dry separation, the shower door was missing. The toilet and sheets were dirty, and both the air conditioning and fridge were leaking. At 11:30 PM, the music from the bar outside was incredibly loud. I'm catching a 7 AM flight, so I'm feeling awful right now. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very warm and friendly."

"The hotel is relatively close to the beach, but the roads around here are not great, and getting a taxi often takes a long time. The hotel's design and environment are quite good, with a very modern style. The rooms have small balconies, offering good privacy. However, the scent that hits you the moment you open the door is so strong it's a bit dizzying. Breakfast was pretty tasty. One minor inconvenience is that check-in isn't until 3 PM. (It was comfortable, so I booked for 2 nights.)"

"Worth the money we have paid for. Almost all the staff is approachable. Everyday they do cleaning of the room upon request. Location is top notch, is on the center of town and beach area. Amenities is also good. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties. So far, 4of 5 coz during our stay they are doing watersystem maintenance hence no water from 11pm- 3:00am though they have informed us earlier. They should have an alternative options to ensure that there is still water at the hotel for guests use. Overall, if given the chance will still be back to Grand Ixora."

"We stayed at Ululani for the first two nights of our Bali trip, and it was a great place to ease into the vacation. Although it’s a little outside the main Uluwatu area, the peaceful surroundings made it well worth the extra distance. It was quiet, relaxing, and away from the traffic and crowds. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spacious, with plenty of facilities, and the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and it was convenient to have a 24-hour restaurant as well as a paid laundry service on-site. The hotel does show its age in some areas. The bathroom had a small amount of mold, and there was a minor water leak. Some towels could also be replaced with newer ones. There is a pool table available, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it because there were no cues. Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, we had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent service, peaceful location, and good value for money made it a great choice, and we would happily stay here again."

"Overall, a great experience! The staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. I had informed the hotel of my accommodation preferences in advance, and they had everything arranged perfectly, which was very satisfying. The location is also excellent, very close to the beach but without the noise of beach clubs. It's a convenient 5-6 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. The check-out process was also very accommodating; our flight back home was late, and the hotel allowed us to relax in the retreat lounge for a long time. As for cons, on our first morning at breakfast, the hostess seemed a bit impatient because we initially couldn't decide where we wanted to sit."

"I stayed at Kutabex Hotel with my family and had a very pleasant experience. The location is truly a big plus, being very close to Kuta Beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and various tourist destinations. It made it very easy for us to walk everywhere without needing to use transportation often. The check-in process was quick, and all the staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had sufficient amenities for resting after a day of activities. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast also offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The rooftop area with the pool became one of our favorites as it offered a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. "When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak."

This hotel is super! The grounds are lush and green with ponds, ducks, fish, and turtles. You really won't want to leave the property! The breakfasts were always varied, and the main dishes hardly repeated over our week-long stay. There's always plenty of space on the beach for everyone. The only minor issue we had was being checked into a room with high humidity, even with the dehumidifier off. We reported it to reception, and they immediately moved us to another room. Despite this, I'm still giving it a 5-star rating; everything else was outstanding.

Had the best resort experience! We had such a wonderful time, surrounded by vast, sprawling shores, a huge pool, and lush greenery – truly a rich and healing experience. I highly recommend it for a fantastic escape from the everyday. The room cleanliness was superb. The amenities were a bit basic, so it would be perfect if they were a little more extensive. The staff's service level was, as expected from Hilton quality, absolutely top-notch. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again!

We booked a large, 70-square-meter room. It had all the amenities, including slippers and a kimono robe. The room was huge. The only thing was the high sinks… they're for someone two meters tall, I can't imagine how children would manage to wash their faces! As for breakfast… it was good, standard fare, nothing fancy, but you could get a decent meal. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the beach is also cleaned. However, we visited in early June, at the beginning of the season, and there was a lot of seaweed washed ashore, though they did clean it up and bury it in the sand… I'm not sure why they did that. Overall, for the price, the hotel completely met our expectations. We went to the grill bar for dinner, and it was very tasty and inexpensive.

We stayed at Kenran Resort Ubud by Soscomma and had a truly peaceful experience. Even though it was rainy during our stay, the quiet mountain setting made it feel even more calm and serene. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The breakfast and tea were absolutely delicious, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. A wonderful place to unwind and recharge in Ubud. 🌿✨

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review: Pros: ✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this) ✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any. ✅ Very clean in general ✅ Comfortable bed ✅ The service is amazing ✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful ✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices. ✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort. ✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good. ✅ The pool is huge and very nice ✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand) Cons: 😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door) 😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault) 😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine ✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel! It is good to give it a try!

I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Seminyak just a short distance away. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

The room upstairs was pretty good, with a nice view and very close to the beach. It had windows overlooking the street and the pool. I stayed for 4 days straight, and it was okay. It's also suitable for families with children, as they have various bed types available.

Nice place close to the airport and maintenance rd. Booked deluxe room. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Rooms arent soundproof. They had a group staying on the same floor which were super loud. Staff are lovely.
