A stunning place and magical people! 🤩❤️🩷🧡 Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children. The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗 The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍 The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful. The price is very reasonable for Bali. We also swam in a mountain river, near a small waterfall 200 meters from the hotel.☺️ Well done, I wish this eco-hotel and this wonderful family continued prosperity! ❤️🤩👍 Thank you so much Yuni and Harry!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I highly recommend it! У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌 Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение. Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍 Молодцы, желаю процветания этому эко отелю и чудесной семье! ❤️🤩👍 Рекомендую!💯

Ayodya Resort is a true palace among hotels! We stayed at this hotel from August 9th to 13th. Upon arrival, porters greeted us, quickly took our luggage, and escorted us to the reception. Check-in was fast, and while we waited, we were offered a welcome drink. Our room was fantastic, with two large beds, a private balcony with a comfortable table and chairs, a spacious bathroom, and a vanity table. Please note that there is a hairdryer, but it's not very powerful, so I recommend bringing your own. The electrical outlets were also hit-and-miss. The air conditioning system in the room was excellent. I'd like to specifically mention the in-room amenities: an ironing board, slippers, bathrobes, umbrellas, hangers, 2 mugs, 2 glasses, a kettle, an iron, excellent personal hygiene products, and a safe. Tea, coffee, and sugar supplies were constantly refilled. They provided 6 small bottles of water (300ml each) per day for two people, but we asked for more and they provided it free of charge. Housekeeping was daily and very thorough. Upon request, sewing and shaving kits were provided free of charge. We booked a package with breakfast, and the breakfasts were magnificent, though they didn't change much (I've included a photo of the breakfast). The location is superb, just a 7-minute walk to Bali Collection shopping center, where you can eat and shop. Additionally, there's a daily scheduled shuttle service to Bali Collection. Within the hotel grounds, you can borrow bicycles for free every day; we rode them around Nusa Dua. You won't get bored at the hotel; there's daily animation: yoga, volleyball, aqua aerobics, and dancing (photos included). There's also separate 24-hour animation for children, as well as chess and active games. There are plenty of sun loungers, enough for everyone on the beach. The hotel has its own beach where tides aren't very noticeable, allowing you to swim all day. There are two pools: a family pool with a children's area and an infinity pool with an ocean view. The grounds are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, with showers and toilets near the beach, hammocks, and swings. There's also a gym on the premises and a theater, though the shows are paid, with adult tickets costing 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation, excellent service, and the beauty of Nusa Dua's beaches.

The cliffside rooms offer great views. They're very spacious, clean, and feature a wet/dry bathroom separation, with each room having its own balcony. The hotel's toiletries are excellent, and they provide unlimited filtered drinking water daily. The hotel also organizes daily activities that guests can choose to join. Facilities: There are many swimming pools with clean water. There's also a beach pool, a favorite for kids, and a small private beach – not ideal for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip. Breakfast: It's decent, enough to fill you up. Surroundings: There's a construction site nearby, but it's not noisy, just a slight obstruction to the view. Transportation: It's quite far from the city center, so you'll need a taxi to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby.

We decided to stay at this hotel for a night before our fishing trip, and we are so incredibly glad we chose this place! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is very convenient, and the sea here is just great for relaxing. A special huge thank you to the staff, who are absolutely sweet and highly responsive. We want to specifically mention Nicho at the reception and the Duty Manager, Ryan Bawa, for their excellent hospitality. Right after we checked in, they even called our room to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything-such a thoughtful and attentive gesture! For families, this is a fantastic choice because the nannies in the kids' club are wonderful and take great care of the little ones. The dining experience was also a big highlight. The food portions are very large and satisfying, and the breakfast is simply excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

This hotel is to be avoided if you are a young family and not using the all inclusive facility. We were booked for 9 nights but cut our stay short by 4 days as we didn’t want to stay longer and feel like we wasted our time here. The hotel facilities are ok with a good sized pool with pool bar and access to a beach. There are two restaurants also. However the service of this hotel is lacking. We have a small child and requested a ‘quiet room’ as per the booking options and we were put in the room closest to the lobby and reception. The hotel also scheduled live music and bands to play every 2 nights in the hotel lobby until 11pm which obviously was a difficulty with the earlier bedtime for a 2 year old and the music being about 10 feet from our room door. The room was ok and had everything you would need in theory, however it was dated and it is common for rooms now to have a smart tv but the tv in the room lacked this feature. The room was cleaned daily but there was a few days were they didn’t provide enough the towels for the amount of people on our booking which is frustrating. Also, you are not provided a clothes drying rack in the room so we had nowhere to place our swimming costumes after a day at the beach. The booking included breakfast which was ok, nothing special but definitely adequate. The restaurants at lunch and the evening focused on buffet style or a small à la carte menu which obviously is geared towards the all inclusive guests. We didn’t eat here for lunch or dinner after the first day as it was not worth the money as a non all inclusive guests. A big frustration was the speed of service and also not all staff are trained on how to take payments so whether ordering a coffee at breakfast, getting the bill at lunch or ordering a drink at the pool bar you have to wait a long time until a server who can take payments becomes free. The pool and beach as mentioned in theory are good. However the hotels rules on reserving sunbeds is crazy. Guests are down at 6:30 reserving sunbeds and then leave for the rest of the day and only return throughout the day meaning no one else can use these. I was up everyday at 7 with a toddler and I was too late. For the 5 nights we stayed, we were unable to sit by the pool once and only got to sit by the beach twice. The hotel are aware of this and this caused arguments between guests which the hotel didn’t solve and turned a blind eye hoping the problem would go away. The guests - there was something about this hotel that gathered a large amount of rude guests. From common courtesy to actual physical fights between guests at the beach. This was not a friendly atmosphere or environment. Finally check out - we checked out 4 days early as I mentioned but upon check out I was almost forced (still not sure why) that in order to check out early I needed to sign a piece of paper stating that I wouldn’t post a bad review or post on social media about the hotel. Hence the anonymous review. This left an even worse stain as with the rush of wanting to leave it only dawned on me after being in the taxi out that it’s the first time I’ve ever had to sign something to check out early. No sorry from the hotel or how can we improve just we are forcing you not to complain. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely service-minded. They were also happy to recommend places and things to do around the area, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. During the daytime, there was some burning happening around the nearby rice field, and the smell came directly into our room. It became uncomfortable enough that we had to leave the hotel for a few hours and only came back in the evening. The biggest problem, however, was the air conditioning. In the middle of the night, the room became extremely cold even though we had not intended to make it that cold. We were surprised to find the air conditioner running at 17°C with the fan at maximum speed. We had to wake up several times to adjust the temperature, and because of this we could not sleep properly until early morning. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. Once our phones connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, the internet was practically unusable, so we eventually had to disconnect and use our own roaming mobile data instead. Overall, the staff and service were good, but the air conditioning and internet problems seriously affected the comfort of our stay. If these two issues were fixed, the experience would be much better.

My stay at Kenran Resort Ubud was mixed. I had specifically booked a room with a terrace on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but when I arrived, I was given a room on the 1st floor instead. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong mold smell, which made the first night quite unpleasant. I raised the issue with the staff, and only after a fairly long discussion did they agree to move me to another room the following day. Once I was moved to the 3rd floor, the experience changed completely. The room was much better, and the views from the resort were genuinely beautiful. My main advice to future guests would be to check the room carefully when you arrive, especially if you are placed on the 1st floor. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid the first-floor rooms. The breakfast was another weak point for me. The menu felt limited and could definitely be improved. Overall, the resort has amazing views and a lot of potential, and my stay became very enjoyable after moving to the 3rd floor. However, the first-day room issue and the breakfast quality stopped it from being a great experience from the beginning.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

We stayed for 5 nights. The first night, we couldn't sleep due to noise from the nightclub in our room, but we changed rooms the next day. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was varied and very delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, close to the beach, and there's a shopping mall, laundry service, and scooter rental nearby. The pool isn't great for swimming, but it's fine for relaxing by during breakfast. It's a nice hotel if you plan to stay at night and explore during the day, but it's not a hotel for all-day activities. We had a good stay, thank you.

Nice place close to the airport and maintenance rd. Booked deluxe room. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Rooms arent soundproof. They had a group staying on the same floor which were super loud. Staff are lovely.
