"Full marks recommendation for the Dujiangyan Sunac Steigenberger Hotel! This family vacation experience was absolutely fantastic, and I must give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Yuna! She proactively contacted us before check-in to arrange everything. Knowing we had children, she prepared a full set of kids' toiletries in advance – such thoughtful details that made our kids so happy to see their special amenities. One evening, the hotel lawn party was a bit noisy, disturbing our elderly parents and children. After we spoke to Yuna, she immediately coordinated with staff to end the event early. Her efficiency and consideration for guests were truly heartwarming. We also asked Yuna to help us book a restaurant in advance. After a full day out in the summer heat, it was such a relief to arrive at the restaurant and immediately enjoy a delicious meal without any waiting. So hassle-free, especially in such hot weather. Throughout our stay, any request was met with a super-fast response, everything was well-arranged, and the service was meticulously detailed. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, making it a top choice for families with children. Next time we visit Dujiangyan, we'll definitely choose this place again, and we'll be sure to ask for Yuna!"

"The hotel has a great atmosphere, and its location is super close to the ancient town. The breakfast was rich and the service was excellent, especially Leah and Lily, who were very patient and explained everything thoroughly, making our stay very comfortable. "The room wasn't particularly large, but the location is superb. Coming from Chengdu, you exit Lidui Park Station, turn right, and the hotel is just 20 meters away. It's also very close to Dujiangyan. From the room, you can see the Minjiang River in Dujiangyan, and at night, you can even spot the 'blue tears' phenomenon. You can go up to the 19th floor for free to enjoy the view and have tea, and there's also a complimentary B1 hot tub. They even allowed us a late check-out when our child fell ill, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated! The front desk also has a Dujiangyan food guide, and if you follow it, you won't be disappointed!"

"Exceeded my expectations! *Room 1. The hotel's aesthetic is fantastic, and the room exudes a warm and cozy ambiance throughout. 2. The lighting can be precisely controlled, which is very intuitive. 3. The bathroom is built with brick walls (not glass), and the bathroom door is a full-height wooden door, completely separating the bathroom from the room in terms of space, smell, and sound. Additionally, there's a sink in the bathroom and another one in the room, which is incredibly convenient and avoids disturbing others. For two people, it minimizes mutual disturbance. 4. The room has a capsule coffee machine, and the complimentary capsules are Peet's Coffee – a significant investment, showing excellent taste in selection. 5. Screen mirroring to the TV is easy and convenient. *Lobby The lobby has a coffee bar where guests can relax. Not only does it have a freshly ground coffee machine (with milk), but also an ice maker. On hot days, it's a great energy replenishment station for tired guests returning from outside. *Breakfast The breakfast area is spacious, so there's never an issue with finding a seat even during peak hours. The variety is also comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western live cooking stations available. The staff are very prompt in clearing tables and are always attentive. This probably contributes to avoiding overcrowding. I highly commend this hotel's hardware and management capabilities. I will definitely choose it again next time."

"Hygiene: The place was spotless, with no stains on the towels or bath towels, and the kitchen countertop was kept tidy, showing great attention to detail. Environment: There's a convenience store and a breakfast shop downstairs, making transportation super convenient. It’s quiet despite being centrally located, and it's easy to walk or bike to see the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon. Service: The check-in process was smooth. The host was incredibly thoughtful, adding me on WeChat the day before to share tips on local attractions and dining. They proactively checked in daily to see if I needed anything, and communication was pleasant throughout my stay. Facilities: The air conditioning cooled quickly, and the hot water supply was stable. My only suggestion would be to optimize the storage space a bit more, as the area for luggage felt a little cramped. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The minor issues didn't detract from the overall satisfaction; it was excellent despite a few small flaws. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family!"

"We drove from Chengdu to the hotel... The journey was smooth, and the hotel was easy to find (just follow the navigation). I booked two king-size rooms with breakfast on Trip.com for around 560 RMB (checking in on Friday, checking out on Saturday). At check-in, the staff upgraded our room to an executive room! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ The hotel is huge and beautifully decorated inside. There's a bookstore, tea house, KTV, and gym (I saw it advertised but didn't go). There are also plenty of dining options: a buffet and Chinese restaurants (Deyuan and another one). You really don't need to leave the hotel to have a good time. 😉 Of course, our main reason for choosing this hotel was the outdoor hot springs. (It's a bit crazy to go to hot springs in this weather, to be honest 😅). Their hot springs don't open in the morning 😔, only from 2 PM (I thought it would be like Huashuiwan, where you can soak in the morning) until 10 PM. There are many outdoor pools to choose from, such as tangerine peel, rose, ginger, and mineral water pools... quite a lot (the names might not be 100% accurate, but they're close enough). The water temperatures also vary, from 35-40℃. I really think soaking in the hot springs here would be incredibly comfortable in spring or autumn. 👍 Soaking in the summer is definitely quite an experience! 😅 Another great thing about the hotel's hot springs is that you can change in your room or near the pools. It's very convenient to shower, wash your hair, and blow dry after soaking. The hotel even thoughtfully provides spin-dryers (so your swimwear isn't dripping wet) and plenty of disposable bags for wet clothes. Overall, these small details were very well considered (there's even warm water or lemon water available near the hot spring pools). The hotel's breakfast is from 7 AM to 10 AM, and the variety is incredibly rich! Super delicious! 🤩👍 All of the above was positive... now for some suggestions! 😂 1. The hotel doesn't have an indoor heated swimming pool, or even a deeper outdoor pool for swimming. Most of the pools are more like splash pads for children. 2. The 'robot delivery for in-room amenities' service is basically just for show. It's a nice idea, providing convenience for guests to scan a QR code and order daily necessities like water (4 complimentary bottles daily), slippers (2 complimentary pairs), etc. It seemed like a fantastic service, something I hadn't seen in a hotel before. But after you scan and place an order, it just says 'preparing' and stays that way until you check out. When you try to cancel, worrying the robot made a wasted trip, and call the customer service number provided, no one answers. 📞 I think the hotel's intention and creativity are good, but they should follow through. Or, as the front desk suggested, perhaps sometimes too many items are ordered for the robot to deliver. If that's the case, they could put a notice on their mini-program interface, so guests would be aware when placing additional orders. 😂 From initial excitement... to 24 hours later with no news. 😂"

"The internet was great, and the room layout was very practical, with everything neatly arranged and easy to use. The privacy in the room was excellent, and the soundproofing was really effective; once the door was closed, it felt like my own private sanctuary, haha!"

"My wife, child, and I were planning a self-drive trip through the small Western Sichuan loop. Knowing my child was eager to see red pandas, we decided on this Panda Valley branch. The hotel courtyard is beautifully maintained, with flowers blooming perfectly. After dinner, we sat in the courtyard for a while; it was very pleasant and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. I knew it was close to Panda Valley, but I was surprised it was even closer to the highway entrance for Western Sichuan. This meant we didn't have to rush the next morning. For breakfast, we ordered their special 'xiaomian' (small noodles) – definitely add chili, the flavor was absolutely fantastic! After a satisfying breakfast, we set off comfortably. The staff were also very friendly and helped us with our luggage throughout, which was excellent!"

"The lady at the entrance greeted me with a warm smile, instantly making me feel at home. I was on a business trip with a lot of luggage, and YOYO kindly helped me with my bags – I'm so grateful! The hotel room's mini-bar was well-stocked with a variety of complimentary beers and beverages. There was also a welcome fruit platter with fresh and delicious lychees, bananas, and pears. I needed to print some documents, and the front desk lady immediately added me on WeChat to help with color printing. Overall, the service standards are high and truly worthy of a five-star rating."
