The villa is very spacious, and there's a sofa bed downstairs that can be opened up. There's also a plunge pool in the courtyard, though I don't think it's hot spring water. It's right across from Sunac (Rongchuang), and in the evenings, the roadside is bustling with small food stalls. A bit further down, there's also a very long food street.

Absolutely perfect! The atmosphere was very comfortable. The room was huge, and both the bed and sofa were very cozy. The service was fantastic. Miss Kiko arranged everything for us, both what we thought of and what we didn't, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. We stayed at Six Senses before coming here, and Songpin offers incredible value for money. Plus, the travel photos turned out absolutely stunning! Superb! If you're here for hiking, don't choose the multi-story villas. We were completely exhausted and couldn't even manage the stairs anymore. 😂

The hotel boasts an elegant and unique setting, with villas built right along the lake. They offer butler service, and our butler, Espoir, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always ready to assist. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was spotless. The private hot spring in the courtyard was wonderfully relaxing. My only minor complaint is that the gym and swimming pool were unavailable, but everything else was absolutely fantastic!

Highly recommend! The service was exceptional, and the butler was very responsive. The in-house restaurant also served delicious food. The room was spacious and even had a mahjong table, perfect for playing with friends. I'll definitely stay here again.

This was my first time staying at a Songpin hotel, and it really exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! The service and facilities were excellent. The lobby reception was also great; Xiao Wu provided very thoughtful service. I'm already planning to bring my parents and children here again next time!

Location: The hotel is near Sunac Land, with moderate distance to major attractions, especially very close to Panda Valley, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Environment: A garden-style hotel where mountain and lake views complement each other, with the serene sound of birdsong. The artificial lake has black swans, and in spring, you can see adult swans with their cygnets. Facilities: The resort grounds are extensive, and the public areas are spacious. The lobby's design is very impressive, and the welcome scent is particularly pleasant. The privacy is excellent; even when fully booked during the May Day holiday, we rarely encountered other guests on the grounds. The rooms primarily feature hot springs, each with a private hot spring tub, cleaned and refilled daily for each guest. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast quality falls short, especially the Western pastries, which don't quite match the overall high standard. Service: Butler service is provided. The butler contacts guests in advance to send relevant information and注意事项. Our butler, Lori, handled the service perfectly – attentive and thorough, resolving issues without being intrusive. Highly recommend and praise her. Overall: Very suitable for a vacation, perfect for couples, families with children, or anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

It was quite late when we arrived at Songpin Hotel. After entering our room, we noticed some noise from the courtyard in front. The front desk staff, Xiao Fang, was incredibly enthusiastic and accompanied us to view other rooms. Since there were no other rooms available due to high occupancy, she upgraded our room directly and extended the hot spring hours until 2 AM. When we were about to enjoy the hot spring in our new room, it started raining. Xiao Fang and two other staff members then moved the parasol over the hot spring pool for our convenience. Throughout our stay, Xiao Fang was enthusiastic and actively found solutions for us. Thumbs up to her! Songpin Hotel left us with an excellent impression regarding its environment and service. We will definitely choose Songpin Hotel again next time!
