"Hot Springs" cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm."

The location was fantastic, with Mother Square across the street and beautiful views from the sightseeing elevator and corridors. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had its own parking lot in the backyard, making it perfect for a road trip. Pets are welcome, and our Shiba Inu had a place to stay, which was great. We didn't get a room for the next day on Ctrip, so we spent an extra hundred yuan to book elsewhere, which was a shame. Other options are fine. Highly recommended."

"Terrible staff, like from horror movies: They shout at you, if you're not careful enough asking them something; they use their broken Russian with you, even if you're not Russian (all non-Asians there are "Russians"). Rooms are dirty and worn out (despite the recent renovation). Terrible and unavoidable stench of tobacco smoke everywhere (including the rooms). Poor breakfast with coffee and juice not included—for the first time in my life I saw something like this. I understand that if you find yourself in a place like Heihe, you don't expect much and don't have much choice—but be prepared. Oh, and their automatic communication on Trip.com promises you a gift on check-out—you can forget about it too."
