"We drove to Heihe with our family and booked a hotel online in advance. Upon arrival, the hotel lived up to the reviews. The location was fantastic, with Mother Square across the street and beautiful views from the sightseeing elevator and corridors. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had its own parking lot in the backyard, making it perfect for a road trip. Pets are welcome, and our Shiba Inu had a place to stay, which was great. We didn't get a room for the next day on Ctrip, so we spent an extra hundred yuan to book elsewhere, which was a shame. Other options are fine. Highly recommended."

"This hotel should be the best hotel in Heihe. There was no receptionist at the entrance of the hotel. We were a family of three, with a five-year-old child and two large suitcases plus some hand luggage. When we entered the door, we found two men sitting at the reception desk. They were completely out of the way and did not even give us the most basic guidance and greetings. That was it. We prepared to give the child a bath at night, but the water temperature was not good. We called several times and got the reply that the water temperature was like this at night. We could only give the child a simple rinse at night. The child kept saying it was so cold! During the phone communication, they said that someone would be sent to check the water temperature the next morning. If it was not good, we would change the room. However, there was no phone call the next day and no one came to check. We observed that the water temperature was higher in the morning than in the evening and thought it would be fine in the evening. As a result, the water temperature was not good at night. I was speechless. This was the first time I encountered such a situation. I admire this kind of service!"
