FeidelongwudefengA big thank you to the front desk staff on duty last night; they were very helpful, brought us watermelon, and promptly resolved any issues we raised. We also want to thank the housekeeping staff; because the drain was clogged while we were showering, causing water to overflow into the hallway, they immediately grabbed tools and helped clean it up without a single complaint. Their service was excellent; we actually felt bad because it was late and we didn't want to disturb their rest.
The hotel is newly opened, and the room facilities are very new and excellent.
There is a parking lot in front of the hotel; although it's public, it's sufficient for most parking needs.
There are many restaurants nearby, catering to different tastes.
In short, this is a hotel I would highly recommend.

Guest UserThe hotel is right next to the train station, and because the city is small, it's not noisy. However, the whole city is under construction and maintenance, so it's dusty. The hotel lobby is also under construction and looks a bit messy. The breakfast selection is limited.

iusearchbtwReally nice hotel in Heihe. Great location near pedestrain street, not too far from the waterfront, and also lots of restaurants around.
The staff is super kind and nice, and do a good job across the language barrier.

AlyadanilovnaThe hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

Guest UserMy friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time.

For this trip to Wudalianchi, I looked at many hotels before finally choosing Yishan Holiday Hotel. There weren't many reviews online, which made me a little confused, but once I arrived, I was amazed by its excellent value. Chatting with the owner, I learned that the hotel opened in 2019 after renovations, was rented to Longjian Road & Bridge Company (which was building a highway) during the pandemic, and was reclaimed this year for renovations, equipment upgrades, brand new linens, and impeccable cleanliness. The owner was incredibly welcoming! He provided detailed information about the Wudalianchi sightseeing route, where to eat, what to do, and when to visit each attraction – a free guide! I highly recommend staying in the Wudalianchi Scenic Area for a unique volcanic journey! The hotel's Wudalianchi photo wall is perfect for pictures! The comfortable umbrella tables are very stylish! The large parking lot is fantastic; looking up after parking, I saw the Guanyin statue on Yaoquan Mountain. It seems staying at this hotel brings blessings from Buddha – highly recommended!

The location is next to the Mother Square, opposite Russia, the night market pedestrian street is nearby, very convenient, by the way, the hotel chair pad is glued, the chair is very heavy, the guests will make a sound when they move, and the feeling downstairs is not small. If you often move the lower level of the guests at night, it is not very good. If you can consider putting some blanket-like pads on, it may reduce the sound. I wanted to order again, but unfortunately it was full these two days.

As a member of the working class, I was fortunate to spend the National Day holiday at this workers' sanatorium. As a long-established sanatorium, its facilities are very solid. The sanatorium's excellent location within the Wudalianchi scenic area goes without saying; it also boasts a large area with numerous recreational facilities and beautiful landscaping. The hotel's hot spring therapy is also well-known, though I didn't have time to experience it this time, only briefly looking around the outside of the hot spring center, but even then, the facilities seemed quite comprehensive. The rooms were clean and tidy, with beautiful views and complete amenities. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The Chinese-style buffet breakfast was very special; everything seemed freshly made, and the taste was good. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. I also hope that more working people can enjoy the benefits of sanatoriums!

It was my first time to Wudalianchi. After comprehensive comparison, I chose this hotel without hesitation. It is right inside the scenic area, extremely convenient and convenient. The hotel has its own courtyard. Parking is very convenient and tidy. There are also charging piles, which are very considerate. The tram can be charged directly. The first feeling I got when I entered the lobby was that it was clean and big. From the details, I can see that the merchant is strict with hygiene, which resonates with me. I think the most important thing for a hotel is hygiene, so that people can be assured, which is also what I care about most. The service is even better. When I entered the room, I was given a cup of hot water, which warmed my stomach and heart. I feel that the people in the Northeast are too enthusiastic and full of goodwill. I had too much fun during the day. My partner had a fever at night, and the staff gave us antipyretics. The small details were very touching. I am very satisfied with the service, hygiene, and environment. This experience is really pleasant. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Wudalianchi, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone. I hope my comments can help everyone. I hope the store can continue to prosper.

Guest UserThe rooms were spacious and clean, the service was warm and welcoming, and it was convenient for dining and visiting attractions. Parking was easy, and you could even come back for a rest at noon. One day wasn't enough to see everything, but unfortunately, the Crystal Palace was closed.
