3-Star Hotels in Heihe

We took a self-driving tour in Heihe and stayed at the Holiday Inn European Style Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a room with a clear view of the Russian river. The view was expansive, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, and there was free parking. It was convenient for getting around, and we could also order Chinese and dinner on the spot. They had both Chinese and Western food, and the food was delicious!

We found this hotel on TRIP and, after looking at reviews, photos, and the location, decided to stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was VERY clean and tidy, with crisp white bedding. The staff was pleasant and polite. I wish there was a shuttle to the bus and train stations. While they're not far, getting there with suitcases is a bit of a hassle. A big plus is the airport shuttle! Another suggestion: I'd like to see some cafes nearby with cuisine catering to Russians. Overall, the hotel itself is a 10 out of 10!

An excellent hotel near a pedestrian street. It offers a clean, quiet, two-bedroom family room. My friend, two children, and I stayed there, and there was plenty of space for everyone, and the price was very affordable. We were very pleased with the staff; they were friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it for families with children and large groups.

Everything was good, the staff was nice and let us leave our luggage for 3 hours without any payment, but when we came back to our room after breakfast outside the hotel, the door to our room was mot closed, even though we didnt check out, because the housekeeping worker changed our towels and took out our trash. Our things were alright, but still not the best expirience

Come to Heihe to drive to this hotel, the experience is directly full! The waiter who cleaned the room carefully found special circumstances, and sent a cup of ginger brown sugar tea intimately. A handwritten note is really warm. The details see the temperature, the service is sincere and thoughtful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. I harvested an unexpected gentleness on the way, and I will choose here next time I come to Heihe. It is highly recommended!

Overall, I liked the resort. Our rooms were in the upgraded Building B, spacious and clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bathroom, kettle, TV, and a small refrigerator. Breakfast for two is included in the room rate. Overall, the breakfasts are good, but as mentioned above, I agree, the food is a bit heavy. Upon check-in, we were given a voucher for one free pool room. The treatments at the resort are excellent; we tried acupuncture, massages, mud therapy, and even went to the dentist. Everything was great, and it was clean. The therapist writes out a medical chart (I've attached a photo), and when you pay for the treatments, you also get vouchers for free pool access (I've also attached a photo). There are shops near the resort where you can buy fruit; it's tastier here. Outside the resort, you can walk to a spring with ”stomach-boosting” water; the nature is very beautiful. There's a wooden walking path, so you can walk through the valley every day.

The hotel is located in Wudalianchi Scenic Area. The environment is relatively good, the rooms are relatively large, clean and tidy, comfortable to live in, and the service is very friendly. Because we had to leave early, the hotel specially arranged a hearty breakfast, which is a thumbs up.

I had too much fun during the day. My partner had a fever at night, and the staff gave us antipyretics. The small details were very touching. I am very satisfied with the service, hygiene, and environment. This experience is really pleasant. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Wudalianchi, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone. My husband and I stayed from April 28th to 30th. We were checked in quickly. The wonderful Yulia (a Chinese woman) at reception was very helpful, explained everything, and recommended places to visit. There's a clinic on the ground floor of the hotel. Most people come for treatment or health-improving procedures. The prices are more than reasonable! A massage is 50 yuan, cupping is 100 yuan, and a herbal sauna is 150 yuan. Street prices are also low (everything for half a kilo): strawberries are 20 yuan, mangoes are 12 yuan, and tangerines are 2 yuan! There are plenty of eateries around the sanatorium where you can find something to suit every taste. Sights are within walking distance. If you're going somewhere further, a taxi is 10 yuan for 3-4 km. We saw so much in two days and realized that if we were going to get treatment, we'd need to stay for at least 10 days. The city is very quiet and peaceful, and everyone who lives and vacations here really appreciates it. The geopark, the volcano museum, the lakes, the treatments, the kind people... We'll definitely be back!
