"The hotel is right at the end of the night market, making it incredibly convenient to get there—just downstairs! The morning market isn't far either; you can easily walk there. The security guard at the entrance is very responsible and helpful. There's road construction in front of the building, so if you can't find it on your GPS, call the front desk. They have a parking lot in the back, and the security guard will guide you there. Once the night market opens at 4 PM, you'll have to take a detour to the parking lot. Before the night market opens, you can drive directly to the hotel entrance."

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm receptionist who provided helpful information about nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was impeccable, with a stylish and elegant decor, excellent lighting, soft bedding, and a mattress with just the right firmness. "## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)"

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

"Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan."

A hotel by the river. I booked a river view room. The room was big and clean. The service was just so-so. There was no porter. If you drive with big suitcases, please bring your own labor. The Heilongjiang River is just outside the window. You can drive across the river to Russia and see it clearly even when you are walking. ^_^ The location is a bit remote. You have to drive everywhere. It's not far anyway. There are few cars in Heihe, which is the most suitable place for self-driving. There are free parking lots and parking spaces everywhere, which is very nice. There are not many cars and people are not impatient when driving. The Heihe morning market is super lively. I ate the most delicious sweet and sour pork and pig-killing dishes in the restaurant here. It takes less than a day to drive around the whole city. It is a good place to rest when driving in Heilongjiang. ^_^

The overall environment should be considered better than Wudalianchi, and it is close to the scenic spot with beautiful scenery.
