"Hygiene: The bathroom has not been cleaned
Service: According to the introduction, there are parking spaces, but in fact there are only sidewalks next to the hotel, which can only accommodate about 4 cars. When our car arrived, there were still two parking spaces, but the security guard insisted that we park on the side of the road and in an unmarked area. When we asked him why, he said that this was the reason. Later, after putting our luggage away, we parked farther away within the marked area. As a result, when we returned to the hotel, cars with Beijing and Harbin license plates were allowed to park in the places that we were not allowed to park. The check-in attendant was also an older man with an indifferent attitude. The young people on the second day were better. Heihe is just a tourist hotspot, and the service needs to be improved."

"Excellent hotel, located on the main street, close to the promenade, shopping street, and Huafu. The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!"

"The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the banks of the Heilongjiang River, just a few hundred meters from popular morning and night markets. The hotel facilities are generally decent. In autumn and winter, the morning market starts at 6 AM, mostly selling breakfast items, but also fruits and vegetables."

"The room was clean and spacious. The internet worked and all the amenities were perfect.
We booked a room with a city view (26th floor). It had two rooms: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, and a shower. The room was very warm; we slept with the living room windows open.
The toilet had an unpleasant sewer smell (most likely because we hadn't used the water for a while). When the ventilation was turned on, every odor imaginable (including the smell of food from other rooms, etc.) was present. Overall, everything was great."

"My friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time."

"I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended."

"Everything was good, the staff was nice and let us leave our luggage for 3 hours without any payment, but when we came back to our room after breakfast outside the hotel, the door to our room was mot closed, even though we didnt check out, because the housekeeping worker changed our towels and took out our trash. Our things were alright, but still not the best expirience"
