The hotel is very clean, the room is very hot, the boss is very polite, very close to the train station, it is very convenient to take a taxi. Check in in the morning, the boss upgraded the room type for free. It is also very close to the exam place, very convenient.

AlyadanilovnaThe hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

Guest UserMy friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time.

The hotel environment is fantastic, no complaints there. However, the breakfast was really disappointing, barely on par with a budget chain like Hanting. When I asked the front desk if they had bottled water before checking out, they told me it was 2 yuan a bottle. Even Hanting is better than that; they usually offer you a couple of bottles of water when you leave. It's like a 4-star environment with budget hotel breakfast and individualistic service!

Guest UserIt was an okay stay. As a foreigner who doesn't smoke the smell of cigarettes is everywhere it seems. It was definitely in the room and on the towels, bedding etc. Just be aware that Taxis are both Ride Shares using DiDi App so if you get them while ordering a DiDi don't expect to pay the set price. They will charge more off meter or charge standard rate to go to the Train Station. I was charged 80 yuan and 50 yuan on two different occasions. One rate to get to the hotel and then a different one to go back to the train station!!!

I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

Guest UserLocation: The hotel isn't in the city center—it's about a 40-minute walk to the main street. This might be a minor drawback for those planning to do a lot of walking around the city center. However, the area is quite quiet—no hustle and bustle or crowds of tourists. A taxi from the hotel to the main street is 10 yuan.
Room: We stayed on the 14th floor in a spacious room. The furniture isn't new, but it's in good condition and looks neat. The cleanliness rating is a 4 out of 5: overall, everything is decent, but there are a few minor issues that have developed over time. The view of the river is stunning.
Infrastructure: The supermarket on the ground floor is a big plus. You can buy everything you need there, the selection is good, and the prices are reasonable.
Meals: We chose a room with breakfast included, and we were absolutely delighted! We haven't seen such a wide selection of dishes in any hotel in China. Every dish was delicious.
Restaurant: Breakfast is served in a spacious and clean restaurant with panoramic views of Blagoveshchensk.
Staff: A special thank you to the hotel staff! Everyone is very helpful. You can tell they genuinely want to make your stay comfortable.
Despite its distance from the city center, the hotel left a very pleasant impression.

Guest UserThe hotel's territory was nothing special, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and common areas was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the smoke issue could be a deal-breaker for some.

The hotel is located in the Wudalianchi scenic area, not far from Wenbo and Beiyinquan. Parking is very convenient at the door. The front desk service is very good. Seeing that we brought children, they took the initiative to upgrade the family room. The hotel was once glorious. The room is spacious and clean. There is a small shop at the door, which is very convenient for buying things. If you stay at the hotel, you can go to the plank road next to Bailong Lake to watch the sunset at night. It is super beautiful. I highly recommend it. There were many people when we went to Erlongquan to fetch water in the morning. It is recommended that hotel guests go to fetch water in the evening. There is no one around.

Guest UserThe rooms were spacious and clean, the service was warm and welcoming, and it was convenient for dining and visiting attractions. Parking was easy, and you could even come back for a rest at noon. One day wasn't enough to see everything, but unfortunately, the Crystal Palace was closed.
