First of all, let’s talk about the advantages. There were no twin beds when we checked in, so we upgraded to a family room. It was very convenient to take the children out. However, problem 1 is that the smell in the bathroom is very serious. The bathroom door is always closed and I dare not open it. I go in to wash and use the toilet quickly. I really can't stand the strong smell. Question 2: Ctrip Priority offers late check-out until 2 p.m. When I left in the morning, I made an agreement with the front desk that my wife would go back to rest at noon and check out at 1 o'clock. Because there was no communication with each other during the change of guard, 10 yuan was deducted for overtime. Later, I called to verify and it was refunded. It was not a matter of money. I think the staff is not professional enough. Question 3: The child left a large composition writing tutorial in the room. The cleaning staff said they didn’t see it, and the front desk also said they didn’t have it. I was also confused. The child read it before going to bed and put it next to his pillow, but why it was gone.

The hotel is European style, the decoration is magnificent, the check-in is fast, the room is spacious and comfortable, especially like the color matching of furniture, bedding, background wall and carpet, brown white and finishing red pillows, elegant atmosphere. Especially the night view of the river view bed room is very good: as a Northeast person, sleeping in Heilongjiang, a rare experience, I am not willing to sleep. The hotel service is also very intimate, moon cakes and milk are sent during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the courtesy is light and affectionate. The beautiful handsome guys at the front desk have a very good service attitude, helping to check in and call the car, and they are not tired. The breakfast was also delicious. We went to the late meal. The waiter and chef reminded us to pick up the meal several times. The aunt who made the noodles was very kind. After receiving the meal, she also helped to make porridge. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor can also be tried. The private room is spacious and luxurious, and the river outside the window is continuous, which has a special charm.
