"This stay truly exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star rating! The lobby was spotless and odor-free upon entering, and the receptionist was gentle and patient, completing check-in in just two minutes. The room was impeccably clean from the moment I stepped inside; the floors, windowsills, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The toilet and sink were dry, and the towels were soft and dry. The mattress was just the right firmness, the pillows were comfortable, and the room was excellently soundproofed, completely eliminating any hallway noise. 24-hour hot water was readily available, and the air conditioning worked effectively for both cooling and heating. The housekeeping staff greeted me politely, and the front desk responded quickly to any requests. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, taxis are readily available, prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with family, this hotel is perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!"

"The hotel is located almost on the embankment. Right next to the square (I don't know the name) with the monument with the dragon. In my opinion, the location is very convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to a large shopping center with groceries (you just need to know where to go). Pedestrian Street is a leisurely 20-minute walk right along the embankment. There is a good restroom along the way (in a separate building). Everything is decent inside. The room is nice and warm. It has everything: slippers, shaving soap, towels, a kettle, even bottles of water and glasses. There is a Chinese outlet (you need an adapter), but there is an input for the phone cable itself (we charged the phone directly). We spoke through a translator on the phone, since the locals don't speak Russian. But everyone understood everything))) Check-out was until 12, but they let us stay longer. The hotel has 24-hour admission. It was quiet and peaceful) You couldn't hear your neighbors at all. There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't load, I used my connection. The hotel is okay, better than many Russian ones. I highly recommend it. I don't see the point in overpaying for accommodations in the center. I'll be staying there all the time; it's inexpensive and nice. By the way, the taxi driver didn't immediately understand where this hotel was, oddly enough. I suggest showing him the photo with the name from my review. Or showing him the square with the dragon."
