We found this hotel on TRIP and, after looking at reviews, photos, and the location, decided to stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was VERY clean and tidy, with crisp white bedding. The staff was pleasant and polite. I wish there was a shuttle to the bus and train stations. While they're not far, getting there with suitcases is a bit of a hassle. A big plus is the airport shuttle! Another suggestion: I'd like to see some cafes nearby with cuisine catering to Russians. Overall, the hotel itself is a 10 out of 10!

Everything was good, the staff was nice and let us leave our luggage for 3 hours without any payment, but when we came back to our room after breakfast outside the hotel, the door to our room was mot closed, even though we didnt check out, because the housekeeping worker changed our towels and took out our trash. Our things were alright, but still not the best expirience

The room was spacious, newly renovated, and had a pleasant environment with smart home features. There was even a small balcony where you could sunbathe. The front desk also had a coffee machine, blood pressure monitor, and first-aid kit. It's one of the best hotels in the area. The staff were also exceptionally kind. When I wasn't feeling well, they told me to rest more. Very welcoming. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but I did take a picture of the front desk. Definitely worth staying here again.

The hotel is located near the waterfront, a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal and the city's main pedestrian and shopping street. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered, but generally well-maintained. The restaurant on the 19th floor offers panoramic views of the city, and tables are located on a rotating axial structure that allows you to admire the city from all angles. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay in Heihe.

We went to China for the weekend, and friends recommended this hotel. I agreed and chose a business suite because the photos looked perfect for a family stay. The reality is this: the room almost matches the photos. There's no shower stall, the bathtub only has a hole in the floor for draining water, and there are no towel hooks at all, not even a single one, which is inconvenient. There are two TVs, but only one works. I booked a non-smoking room, but room 413 is at the end of the bullring, where everyone smokes right out the window. Cleanliness is so-so. The windows look like they haven't been washed since the building was built. There's so much dust and dirt under the bed it's just awful (we had to look in to get the child's car). The location is convenient, and the bedding is clean, but it has holes. When we first entered the room, it smelled really musty and smoky, so we had to air it out for half a day just to breathe. In general, for 7,000 rubles for 2 nights, it’s not worth taking a business suite, since other cheaper rooms have almost everything the same.

The hotel is located in Wudalianchi Scenic Area. The environment is relatively good, the rooms are relatively large, clean and tidy, comfortable to live in, and the service is very friendly. Because we had to leave early, the hotel specially arranged a hearty breakfast, which is a thumbs up.

The hotel restaurant was large, and the owner, a hardworking and hospitable woman from Northeast China, hosted two dinners. We sampled Northeastern specialties: Acanthopanax senticosus, chicken stew with mushrooms, braised crucian carp, and steamed golden pomfret. The food was quite good, arguably among the best in the Wudalianchi Scenic Area. The hotel's first-floor supermarket was well-stocked with many local specialties and daily necessities, which was very helpful for tourists. However, the saleswoman's business acumen needed improvement; she didn't know the answers to many questions, but she was honest and straightforward, admitting what she didn't know and not trying to deceive customers.
