Hotel Las Quenas
8.5 (47 reviews)

Hotel Las Quenas ★★★

📍 C. Los Angeles 1265, Cusco

"This was my second stay at this wonderful family-run hotel, and it once again exceeded my expectations. I chose to return after completing my trek to Machu Picchu, and the experience was just as welcoming as I remembered. To my surprise, I was assigned the same room as during my previous stay, and all the amenities I had requested on my first visit were already prepared before I checked in. It’s this level of thoughtful attention to detail and genuine hospitality that makes this hotel feel like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit."

Hilton Garden Inn Cusco

Hilton Garden Inn Cusco ★★★★

📍 Av. Abancay 207, Cusco

"This was our favourite hotel in Peru! The staff were amazing, always checking on us and making sure we were comfortable. They helped us with oxygen when one of us was sick from altitude. They have a laundry room, which was super convenient as a family. Laura at the front desk was incredible, she deserves a promotion! Such a lovely, and helpful front desk attendant!"

CUSCO DORMS

CUSCO DORMS

📍 C. San Pedro 664, Cusco

"I arrived at 9:40 PM last night and was kindly welcomed. I am so grateful that you went out of your way to get my luggage ready when I checked out around 4:30 AM today. Since most hostels in Peru are the same in terms of noise and poor water pressure, I am extremely satisfied with this location at this price."

Artinka Boutique Hotel

Tariq Boutique

Tariq Boutique ★★

📍 Calle Tandapata 172, Cusco

"Excellent accommodations! The staff was very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. They discovered it was my birthday without telling them and received free delicious waffles for breakfast on my special day. The bed was super comfy with incredible views of the city. Breakfast was comprehensive and yummy. The towels were the softest ever! The location is great, it is easy to walk to squares, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this place when staying in Cuco!"

Raymi Hotel
9.0 (117 reviews)

Raymi Hotel ★★★

📍 C. San Agustín 371, Cusco

"The staff were genuinely welcoming and the room included complimentary bottled water, but the accommodation had significant drawbacks. The room was uncomfortably dark and cold, the heating system was non-functional, and the electricity failed twice during my stay—a concerning reliability issue. Breakfast offerings were also disappointingly sparse. Given these problems, I would not return to this hotel for a future visit to Cusco."

JW Marriott El Convento Cusco

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room size is just right. The ventilation system in the room provides oxygen, and oxygen masks are available upon request. All the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. I had a very comfortable stay!"

Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco Hotels in Cusco

Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco

"Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio."

Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel Hotels in Cusco

Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel

"The hotel converted into an ancient house is quite large inside and very local. There are many public rest areas and the courtyard landscape is beautiful. There are often surprises in corners, antique furniture decoration, and the atmosphere is full. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. There is a separate toilet and shower room. The independent balcony can rest and enjoy the street view. Luggage can be stored at the front desk and 2 minutes walk from the weapons square in the city center."

Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco Hotels in Cusco

Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

"Very good, opposite the Temple of the Sun, excellent location, hotel tour every night, performances and alpacas. Worth staying"

Hotel Montecristo Cusco Hotels in Cusco

Hotel Montecristo Cusco

"Hotel Montecristo. The location is good. Just walking distance from the main plaza and with easy access to the main attractions. A short walk uphill and you are in the “acueducto” as well as a good spot for nice view and pictures of the city. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I was able to get any last minute items that I needed from there, like water, sunblock, insect repellent, etc. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was light but ok. And the internet can definitely be better, but based on the location (Cuzco) you can’t ask for much. Right? The staff people were friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

Hotel EN Cusco Hotels in Cusco

Hotel EN Cusco

"They provide breakfast in the morning, it's clean and quiet, and it's really nice. There's a supermarket 20 minutes away on foot. It seems a little out of the way, but it's good. Highly recommended."

Hotel Jimenez Inn Hotels in Cusco

Hotel Jimenez Inn

"The hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the center. My reservation indicated that breakfast was included, but when I got there, I was surprised by an additional fee of 20 soles per day per person. This was quite frustrating. Also, we faced issues with room facilities. In the first, the shower had constant temperature issues, swinging between hot and cold, making bathing an uncomfortable experience. In the second room, we were informed that we would only be able to use the jacuzzi once a day. This restriction was not mentioned during the reservation and severely limited my relaxation experience during the stay. Employees began sweeping the stairs at 7 a.m., resulting in an unwanted wake-up due to noise. Additionally, the presence of transparent parts at the top of the room doors and windows allowed external light from the hallways to illuminate my room, affecting proper rest."

Andean Dreams Hotel Hotels in Cusco

Andean Dreams Hotel

"My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!"

Hotel Polo Cusco Suites Hotels in Cusco

Hotel Polo Cusco Suites

"It was the best starting your day with a breakfast with the amazing views you were treated at the top floor. The restaurant made the best cocktails we had in Peru and their food was of good quality as well. Vegan option was also made off the menu out of request and it was lovely. The room was lovely with a great bathroom and nice hot shower. I would have liked a hairdryer which was not provided though. Bed was one of the best we had in Peru but there was some noise coming from the train line right next to the hotel. These are old diesel trains that blew the horn at night to cars going across the railway as there were no beams that went down when the trains passed. Also Friday night there was noise from the hotel bar until early hours. Other nights were more quiet."

"Stayed in Sept and Oct 2024. What a great hotel in lovely location. Few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops. Clean hotel - staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and the view from the brekki room are excellent. Due to some hiccups the manager sorted everything very professionally and offered a complimentary massage - which was so great. We loved our stay at Tariq Boutique hotel and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you."
