This was my second stay at this wonderful family-run hotel, and it once again exceeded my expectations. I chose to return after completing my trek to Machu Picchu, and the experience was just as welcoming as I remembered. To my surprise, I was assigned the same room as during my previous stay, and all the amenities I had requested on my first visit were already prepared before I checked in. It’s this level of thoughtful attention to detail and genuine hospitality that makes this hotel feel like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

This place offers incredible value for money. The beds have really thick mattresses, and while there's no hairdryer, the hot water is consistently excellent. I actually stayed here before Machu Picchu and then returned after, choosing to rebook. When I mistakenly booked for a month later on my second stay, the hotel staff understood and even told me they were worried because they didn't know how to contact me about the booking error. They're very considerate; they even asked if a double bed was okay for us. Although we didn't use it, breakfast is also provided. The owners don't speak much English, but they're incredibly enthusiastic and patient, using translation apps to communicate. Upon our initial arrival in Cusco, they gave us a map and thoroughly explained all the recommended spots. The interior decor is also charming. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Cusco. A huge thank you to the owners for all your hospitality!

A complete nightmare. No hot water, no soundproofing. But there are dogs, and they'll sing to you. Don't worry, you'll be able to enjoy them all night. At least they won't be alone; they'll be accompanied by night taxi drivers making such a loud noise you'll easily forget about earplugs. The room is dusty and cold. The hotel staff are pleasant, helpful, and sociable, but that doesn't solve the building's problems. I checked out after the first night. I don't recommend it.

A lovely hotel if you are travelling in a budget. Clean, comfy warm beds , great shower and breakfast. The couple who own could not have been more helpful.
